Պատրաստման եղանակը ՝
Բաղադրիչները նախատեսված են 5 հատ ձեռքի չափով խաչապուրիի համար:
Խառնել խմորի համար նախատեսված բոլոր բաղադրիչները, հունցել փափուկ և միատարր հարթ խմոր:
Խմորը բաժանել 5 հավասար մասի և կլորացնելով գունդ սարքել:
Գրտնակով օվալաձև բացել առաջին գունդը: Ռուլետի նման փաթաթել 2 կողմից, ինչպես ցույց է տրված նկարում, ապա սեղմելով և թեքելով կպցնել ծայրի մասերը:
Տեղափոխել ջեռոցի տապակի վրա, որը նախապես պետք է պատել պերգամենտային թղթով: Այնուհետև խմորի 2 փաթափված մասերը ձգելով բացել, որպեսզի խմորը նավակի տեսք ստանա:
Կես ձուն հարել, ապա քսել խմորի ամբողջ մակերեսի վրա: Քերած պանիրը խառնել միջուկի համար նախատեսված 2 ձվի հետ:
Ստացված ՛՛նավակի՛՛ մեջ լցնել պանրի 1/5-րդ մասը և տեղափոխել ջեռոց եփվելու 10րոպե 200աստիճանում մինչև խմորի ոսկեգույն դառնալը: Այնուհետև հանել խաչապուրին ջեռոցից, դանակով փոս անել պանիրի մեջտեղում, վրան կոտրել 1 հատ ձու և տեղափոխել ջեռոց ևս 5րոպեով:
Արդեն պատրաստի խաչապուրին հանել ջեռոցից, վրան դնել 1 փոքրիկ կտոր կարագ և անմիջապես անցնել համտեսելուն:
Նույնը կատարել խմորի մյուս 4 գնդերի հետ:
