«Մենք ականատեսն ենք բյուջեի անփույթ վատնումների». վանաձորցիները՝ քաղաքապետին (տեսանյութ)

Վանաձորի տաքսու վարորդները, ավագանու նիստում համայնքի ղեկավարին ու ավագանու անդամներին հանձնելով տաքսի ծառայության համար քաղաքում սահմանված տարեկան 15 հազար դրամ տուրքը վերանայելու իրենց դիմումը, նշել են, որ նման գին սահմանված չէ նույնիսկ Երևանում, որտեղ կայանել թույլատրվում է նաև արգելված և վճարովի վայրերում, իսկ Վանաձորի սոցիալական ծանր պայմաններին առավել ևս չի համապատասխանում սահմանված 15 հազար դրամը: Սրան ավելացրած, որ նախարարն էլ Վանաձորում խոստացել է, որ ամսական 8 հազար դրամից բացի այլ վճարումներ չեն լինելու:
Վանաձորցիներն իրենց քաղաքապետին առերես ներկայացրել են նաև քաղաքի իրական պատկերը՝ խնդիրների ձևով: «ՀՀ ավտոճանապարհներից ամենաանմխիթար վիճակը Վանաձոր քաղաքինն է, որի պատճառով մեկ երթի դիմաց ստանալով 600 դրամ՝ փոխարենը կրում ենք հազարավոր դրամների վնաս: Ծայրահեղ անմխիթար վիճակում են գտնվում բոլոր հիվանդանոցների ու թաղամասերի բակերը, երկրորդական ճանապարհները: Մենք ականատեսն ենք բյուջեի անփույթ վատնումների, շարքային աշխատողների քրտնաջան աշխատած գումարներից գանձված հարկերը անորակ ասֆալտի տեսքով լցվում են ջրափոսերը: Մեր աշխատած 2000 դրամից 3000-ը պիտի մեքենա սարքենք, որ փոսերում ջարդվում է: Մենք ականատեսն ենք եղել, թե Վանաձոր քաղաքում ինչպես են փոսալցումները կատարվում. ջրի մեջ են լցնում, դա մեր քրտինքից, մեր տուրքերից է գնում: Վերահսկողություն չկա, ավերակներ է դառել քաղաքը, մենք էդ գումարը տանք, որ ջրափոսե՞րը լցնեն»,- տուրքի հետ կապված դժգոհության հետ միասին քաղաքի խնդիրներից են խոսել վանաձորցիները:
