Ինչքան հիշում եմ, Հայաստանը միջազգային ասպարեզում մշտապես աջակցում է այն երկրներին, ովքեր ավանդաբար Թուրքիայի հետ խնդիրներ ունեն: Հայաստանը երբեք կողմ չի քվեարկել հակահունական, հակակիպրոսյան կամ հակասերբական որևիցե բանաձևի: Բայց ԵԽԽՎ վերջին նստաշրջանի երկու հակահայկական բանաձևերին՝ առաջարկված ադրբեջանամետ լոբբիստների կողմից, Սեբիայի պատվիրակության անդամների գերակշիռ մասը, ի զարմանս մեզ, կողմ են քվեարկել: Ընդ որում, սա այն պարագայում, երբ Հայաստանը մշտապես դեմ է արտահայտվել Կոսովոյի անկախության ճանաչմանն նույնիսկ այն դեպքում, երբ ցանկացած նոր ինքնորոշվող պետությունը կարող է նախադեպ լինել Արցախի միջազգային ճանաչումն արագացնելու համար: Սերբերի այս վերաբերմունքից հետո միգուցե ճիշտ կլինի լրջորեն քննարկել Կոսովոյի ճանաչման հարցը Հայաստանի խորհրդարանում առնվազն օրակարգ մտցնել: Սերբերը պետք է հասկանան, որ բարեկամությունը երկուստեք է լինում...
