«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը հանրային քննարկման է ներկայացրել «Մի շարք ուսումնական հաստատություններ միաձուլման ձևով միջնակարգ դպրոցի և կրթահամալիրի վերակազմակերպելու մասին» նախագիծը։ Հիմք ընդունելով «ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի Կիրանցի Գագիկ Վարդանյանի անվան հիմնական դպրոց պետական հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատություն» և «ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի Աճարկուտի հիմնական դպրոց պետական հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ների սովորողների թվաքանակը, ուսումնական հաստատությունների շենքային պայմանները՝ նախարարությունը ծառացած խնդիրների կարգավորման նպատակով անհրաժեշտ է համարում վերակազմակերպել երկու դպրոցները՝ միաձուլման տարբերակով և հիմնել մեկ միջնակարգ դպրոց:

Այսպիսով՝ «ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի Կիրանցի Գագիկ Վարդանյանի անվան հիմնական դպրոց պետական հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ը (դպրոցում սովորում է 40 աշակերտ) և «ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի Աճարկուտի հիմնական դպրոց պետական հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ը (դպրոցում սովորում է 10 աշակերտ) միաձուլման եղանակով կվերակազմակերպվի «ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի Կիրանցի Գագիկ Վարդանյանի անվան միջնակարգ դպրոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ի։ Երկու դպրոցների միջև հեռավորությունը 2,7 կիլոմետր է, տրանսպորտով հասնելու տևողությունը՝ հինգ րոպե։

«ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի Լուսաձորի հիմնական դպրոց պետական հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ը (դպրոցում սովորում է 63 աշակերտ) և «ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի Սայադ Մխիթարյանի անվան Ակնաղբյուրի հիմնական դպրոց պետական հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ը (դպրոցում սովորում է 35 աշակերտ) միաձուլման եղանակով կվերակազմակերպվի «ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի «Լուսաձորի կրթահամալիր» ՊՈԱԿ-ի։ Երկու դպրոցների միջև հեռավորությունը հինգ կիլոմետր է, տրանսպորտով հասնելու տևողությունը՝ ինը րոպե։

Նշվում է, որ սակավաթիվ աշակերտ ունեցող դպրոցների միաձուլման գործընթացի առանցքային նպատակը սովորողների համար ժամանակակից, մրցունակ և բարձրորակ կրթական միջավայրի ու հավասար հնարավորությունների ստեղծումն է՝ ռեսուրսների և մանկավարժական ներուժի կենտրոնացման միջոցով։ Պետական քաղաքականության կարևորագույն նպատակն է որակյալ կրթական միջավայրը համահավասարապես հասանելի դարձնել բոլոր, այդ թվում՝ սակավաթիվ աշակերտներ ունեցող դպրոցների սովորողներին՝ ընդլայնելով յուրաքանչյուր երեխայի ուսումնական ներուժը։
