Նոյեմբերի 1-ից Հայաստանում ամբողջությամբ կգործարկվի կենսաչափական համակարգը, և քաղաքացիները կկարողանան դիմել նոր կենսաչափական անձնագրեր և նույնականացման քարտեր ստանալու համար։

Սակայն նոր կենսաչափական համակարգի ներդրմանը զուգահեռ շարունակում է արդիական մնալ մեկ այլ կարևոր խնդիր՝ «Զվարթնոց» միջազգային օդանավակայանում սահմանային վերահսկողության ընթացքում առաջացող երկար հերթերը։

MediaHub-ը քաղաքացիներից բազմաթիվ դժգոհություններ է ստանում օդանավակայանում գոյացող հերթերի վերաբերյալ։ Քաղաքացիների փոխանցմամբ՝ հատկապես գիշերային ժամերին, երբ միաժամանակ մի քանի ինքնաթիռ է վայրէջք կատարում, անձնագրային ստուգման հատվածում մեծ կուտակումներ են առաջանում։

Հայաստան ժամանող ուղևորները երբեմն ստիպված են լինում հերթերում սպասել մեկից երկու ժամ, որոշ դեպքերում՝ ավելի երկար։ Ընդ որում, նույն հերթերում սպասում են ինչպես Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիները, այնպես էլ օտարերկրացիները։

Քաղաքացիների դժգոհության հիմնական պատճառներից մեկն այն է, որ սեփական երկիր վերադառնալիս նրանք ևս ստիպված են լինում երկար ժամանակ անցկացնել անձնագրային վերահսկողության հերթերում՝ չունենալով արագացված անցման առանձին հնարավորություն։

Բազմաթիվ երկրներում սեփական քաղաքացիների համար գործում են սահմանային վերահսկողության առանձին գոտիներ կամ ինքնաշխատ անցակետեր, որոնք հնարավորություն են տալիս զգալիորեն արագացնել սահմանը հատելու գործընթացը։

Մինչդեռ քաղաքացիների դիտարկմամբ՝ Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները հաճախ հերթերի են բախվում ոչ միայն արտասահմանյան օդանավակայաններում, այլև հայրենիք վերադառնալիս։

Նշենք, որ ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարությունն ավելի վաղ հայտարարել էր, որ կենսաչափական անձնագրերի կիրառմանը զուգահեռ Հայաստանի սահմանային անցակետերում նախատեսվում է ներդնել e-gate (էլեկտրոնային անցակետ) ավտոմատացված համակարգեր։

e-gate-ն ինքնաշխատ և անկոնտակտ սահմանային անցման համակարգ է, որը հնարավորություն կտա առանց սահմանապահի միջամտության՝ անձնագրի սքանավորմամբ, արագ հատել սահմանը, ավտոմատ իրականացնել անձի նույնականացում, արագացնել սահմանային հսկողությունը և կրճատել սպասման ժամանակը։

MediaHub-ը դիմել է ՆԳՆ՝ հասկանալու՝ ե՞րբ են նախատեսվում «Զվարթնոց» միջազգային օդանավակայանում e-gate համակարգերի տեղադրումն ու գործարկումը, և արդյո՞ք դրանք կգործարկվեն նոյեմբերի 1-ից՝ նոր կենսաչափական անձնագրերի տրամադրմանը զուգահեռ։

«Մինչև տարեվերջ մեր օդանավակայանում կլինեն տեղադրված e-gate-եր, և մեր քաղաքացիներն իրենց նոր կենսաչափական անձնագրերով հնարավորություն կունենան ավելի արագ, հեշտ և հարմար մուտք գործել և ելք անել ՀՀ-ից»,- MediaHub-ին հայտնել են ՆԳՆ-ից։
