ՌԴ-ն պատրաստ է վերսկսել բանակցություններն Ուկրաինայի շուրջ նոյեմբերի 4-ից հետո. Ուշակով

Ռուսաստանը պատրաստ է վերսկսել եռակողմ բանակցությունները ուկրաինական կարգավորման շուրջ նոյեմբերի 4-ից հետո, հայտնել է ՌԴ նախագահի օգնական Յուրի Ուշակովը:

Կրեմլի ներկայացուցիչը հիշեցրել է, որ Ռուսաստանը պատրաստ էր վերսկսել բանակցությունները Պետդումայի ընտրություններից հետո, որոնք անցկացվում էին սեպտեմբերի 18-ից 20-ը: Սակայն ուկրաինական կողմը խափանել է այդ պայմանավորվածությունը:

Ավելի վաղ հաղորդվում էր, որ որպես եռակողմ խորհրդակցությունների հնարավոր հարթակ դիտարկվում է ԱՄԷ մայրաքաղաք Աբու Դաբին:

«Հիմա հերթական վերջնաժամկետը նոյեմբերի 4-ն է՝ մեր մեծ տոնը («Միասնության օր»-խմբ.): Դրանից հետո մենք պատրաստ կլինենք վերսկսել բանակցությունները»,-ասել է Ուշակովը «Вести»-ի համար Պավել Զարուբինին տված հարցազրույցում:

Նա նշել է, որ ընդմիջումից հետո ուկրաինական կարգավորման շուրջ եռակողմ բանակցությունների առաջին փուլը կրելու է «նախնական ծանոթացման բնույթ», և այդ հանդիպումից մեծ սպասելիքներ չպետք է լինեն:

Ինչ վերաբերում է Մայամիում սպասվող G20-ի գագաթնաժողովին ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի այցի հնարավորությանը, ապա դա կախված կլինի Շենչժենում ԱԽՏՀ գագաթնաժողովի (նոյեմբերի 18-19) արդյունքներից: Պուտինի, Սի Ծինփինի և Թրամփի հանդիպման նախապատրաստությունն արդեն սկսվել է:

ԱԽՏՀ-ի շրջանակում ՌԴ և ԱՄՆ նախագահների երկկողմ հանդիպման կազմակերպումը դեռևս համաձայնեցված չէ, սակայն նման խոշոր միջազգային գագաթնաժողովները շփման լայն հնարավորություններ են բացում. ՌԴ նախագահի օգնականի խոսքով՝ եթե առաջնորդները կողք կողքի հայտնվեն, կզրուցեն։

ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն ավելի վաղ հայտարարել էր ուկրաինական կարգավորման շուրջ բանակցությունները եռակողմ ձևաչափով վերսկսելու Ռուսաստանի պատրաստակամության մասին: Այդ բանակցությունների նպատակը նա անվանել էր վերջնական խաղաղ համաձայնագրերի հասնելուց հետո Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի անվտանգության երաշխիքների քննարկումը: Պուտինն ընդգծել էր, որ այս հարցը քննարկելիս անհրաժեշտ կլինի խոսել նաև ընդհանուր առմամբ եվրոպական անվտանգության ճարտարապետության մասին:
