ԱՄՆ-ում ՀԴԲ-ն 75-ամյա Մերի Քերոլ ՄաքԴոնելին ներառել է ամենահետախուզվող խարդախների ցուցակում։ CBS News-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ կինը ներկայացել է որպես ինքնաթիռաշինական կայսրության ժառանգորդ և բանկերին պատճառել գրեթե 30 միլիոն դոլարի՝ մոտ 12,5 միլիարդ դրամի վնաս։

ՀԴԲ-ի տվյալներով՝ 2017 թվականի հուլիսից մինչև 2018 թվականի մայիսը ՄաքԴոնելը, լինելով սնանկացած Bellum Entertainment պրոդյուսերական ընկերության գործադիր տնօրենը, ներկայացել է որպես McDonnell Aircraft կորպորացիայի հիմնադիրների ընտանիքի ժառանգորդ։

Նա պնդել է, թե հասանելիություն ունի 80 միլիոն դոլարի՝ մոտ 33,4 միլիարդ դրամի «գաղտնի տրաստի»։ Այս պատրվակով նրան հաջողվել է համոզել Bank of California-ին տրամադրել 14,7 միլիոն դոլարի՝ մոտ 6,1 միլիարդ դրամի վարկեր, որոնք, ըստ քննության տվյալների, այդպես էլ չեն մարվել։

Ինչպես ներկայացնում է Past.am-ը, ՄաքԴոնելը մեղադրվում է նաև Լոս Անջելեսի և Օրանժ շրջանների մի շարք այլ ֆինանսական հաստատությունների խաբելու մեջ։ Դրանց պատճառված վնասը գերազանցել է 15 միլիոն դոլարը՝ մոտ 6,3 միլիարդ դրամը։ Ընդհանուր վնասը գնահատվում է գրեթե 30 միլիոն դոլար։

2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերին ՄաքԴոնելի նկատմամբ տրվել է դաշնային կալանքի օրդեր՝ բանկային խարդախության և անձնական տվյալների գողության մեղադրանքներով։ Ենթադրվում է, որ նա ներկայումս թաքնվում է Դուբայում։

ՄաքԴոնելը հայտնի է նաև մի քանի կեղծանուններով, այդ թվում՝ Մերի Քերոլ Քերոլ և Մերի Քերոլ ՄաքԴոնալդ։ ՀԴԲ-ն նրան նկարագրում է որպես 177 սմ հասակով, մոտ 54 կգ քաշով, շիկահեր մազերով և կապույտ աչքերով կին։ Նրա աջ ծնկի վրա սպի կա։

Past.am-ը նշում է, որ ՄաքԴոնելի ձերբակալությանը հանգեցնող տեղեկատվության համար առաջարկվում է մինչև 150 հազար դոլար՝ մոտ 62,6 միլիոն դրամ պարգևատրում։
