Հարկադիր կատարողի մասնակցությամբ տարածված ձայնագրության դեպքով ծառայողական քննություն կիրականացվի

Հարկադիր կատարումն ապահովող ծառայությունԸ հաղորդագրություն է տարածել․

«Հարկադիր կատարողի մասնակցությամբ մամուլում շրջանառված ձայնագրության կապակցությամբ տեղեկացնում ենք, որ ՀՀ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարողի հրամանով կիրականացվի ծառայողական քննություն։

Միևնույն ժամանակ տեղեկացնենք, որ ՀՀ Երևան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի կողմից 17․09․2026թ․տրված թիվ ԵԴ/56512/02/21 կատարողական թերթերի համաձայն՝ պետք է Մ.Կ. Ավետիսյանին, Հ. Ա. Ալեքսանյանին վտարել ՀՀ, ք․ Երևան, Նորագավիթ, 1-ին փողոց, 100/3 հասցեից։
Կատարողական թերթերի հիման վրա 18․09․2026թ-ին հարուցվել են կատարողական վարույթներ։ Պարտապաններին առաջարկվել է 10-օրյա ժամկետում ինքնակամ ազատել վտարման ենթակա հասցեն։
Սահմանված ժամկետում վտարման ենթակա հասցեն չի ազատվել, որից հետո 07․10․2026թ․ կայացված որոշումներով վտարման կատարողական գործողությունների սկիզբ է նշանակվել 30․10․2026թ․ ժամը 12։00-ն։
Հարկադիր կատարողի արձակուրդում գտնվելու հանգամանքով պայմանավորված՝ կատարողական վարույթը տեղափոխվել է այլ հարկադիր կատարողի վարույթ։
Պարտապան Հ. Ալեքսանյանը հրավիրվել է ՀԿԱ ծառայություն, որպեսզի նոր հարկադիր կատարողը ներկայացնի վտարման ընթացակարգը։ Խոսակցության ընթացքում տեղի է ունեցել վիճաբանություն այն բանից հետո, երբ հարկադիր կատարողը փորձել է ճշտել պարտապանից, թե ում են հասցեագրված վերջինիս կողմից մամուլում և սոցիալական հարթակներում տարածված այն պնդումները, թե «…հարկադիր կատարողները փողով վաճառված են, սև ագռավներ են, և որ ով գնաց իրենց տնից հանի, նրանց վնասելու է, և բոլորը խնդիրներ են ունենալու…»։
Հարկադիր կատարողը փորձել է բացատրել պարտապանին, որ հարկադիր կատարողներն իրենց աշխատանքն են կատարում և պետք չէ անձնավորել և անպատասխանատու արտահայտություններ անել։
Հաշվի առնելով հարկադիր կատարողների կողմից զգայուն գործերով դատական ակտերի հարկադիր կատարման ապահովումը՝ հորդորում ենք ձեռնպահ մնալ հարկադիր կատարողների հասցեին իրենց մասնագիտական գործառույթներն իրականացնելիս որակումներ տալուց»։
