Հայաստանին պետք է հեռացնել Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությունից (ՀԱՊԿ), քանի որ չի մասնակցում կազմակերպության աշխատանքներին, սակայն նրա հետ պետք է համաձայնեցնել բոլոր որոշումները։ Այս մասին РИА Новости-ին հայտարարել է ՀԱՊԿ նախկին գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժան։

Ներկայումս ՀԱՊԿ-ի կազմում են Ռուսաստանը, Բելառուսը, Ղազախստանը, Ղրղզստանն ու Տաջիկստանը։ Հայաստանը 2024 թվականին հայտարարել է կազմակերպությանը մասնակցությունը «սառեցնելու» մասին, թեև կանոնադրությամբ նման կարգավիճակ նախատեսված չէ, և դադարեցրել է անդամավճարների վճարումը։

«Եթե նրանք կասեցնում են իրենց մասնակցությունը, բայց դուրս չեն գալիս կազմակերպությունից, ապա շարունակում են մնալ ՀԱՊԿ լիիրավ անդամներ։ Իսկ եթե նրանք լիիրավ անդամներ են, նշանակում է՝ բոլոր որոշումները, որոնք ՀԱՊԿ-ում ընդունվում են կոնսենսուսով, պետք է կայացվեն՝ հաշվի առնելով նաև նրանց դիրքորոշումը։ Սակայն այսօր այդ դիրքորոշումը, ըստ էության, հակասում է ՀԱՊԿ-ում իրականացվող քաղաքականությանը», – պարզաբանել է Բորդյուժան։

Նրա կարծիքով՝ Երևանի կողմից ճիշտ քայլը ՀԱՊԿ-ից ամբողջությամբ դուրս գալը կլիներ, իսկ եթե Հայաստանը դա չի անում, ապա կազմակերպությունը պետք է հեռացնի նրան իր կազմից։

«Ես նրանց կհեռացնեի։ Անդամավճարները չեն վճարում, մասնակցություն չեն ունենում։ Եթե լուրջ մոտենանք հարցին, ապա նրանք պարզապես պետք է դուրս գան կազմակերպությունից, եթե լուրջ գործընկերներ են։ Բայց քանի որ նրանց դիրքորոշումը երկակի է՝ չեն ցանկանում դուրս գալ, չեն ցանկանում աշխատել և չեն մասնակցում, նրանց պետք է հեռացնել», – նշել է Բորդյուժան։

Ավելի վաղ ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Տաալաթբեկ Մասադիկովը հայտարարել էր, որ 2026 թվականի նոյեմբերի 11-ին Մոսկվայում կայանալիք ՀԱՊԿ Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստում կարող է բարձրացվել Հայաստանը կազմակերպությունից հեռացնելու հարցը։ Նրա գնահատմամբ՝ Հայաստանը խախտում է կազմակերպության կանոնադրության 20-րդ և 25-րդ հոդվածները։
