Մինչև 200 հազար դրամ ստացող աշխատողները ևս կունենան առողջության ապահովագրություն

2027 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից մինչև 200 հազար դրամ աշխատավարձ ստացող մեր քաղաքացիները կընդգրկվեն առողջության համընդհանուր ապահովագրության համակարգում։ Այդ մասին որոշման նախագիծը Կառավարության՝ հոկտեմբերի 29-ի նիստին ներկայացրեց առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը։

 

Նրանց ապահովագրավճարի բեռը կբաշխվի հետևյալ համամասնությամբ՝ 10 800 դրամ ամսական ապահովագրավճարից 4400 դրամը կսուբսիդավորի պետությունը, 4400 դրամը՝ գործատուն, իսկ 2000 դրամը կվճարի աշխատողը։

 

«Մինչև 2026 թվականի հունվարի 1-ը մենք բոլորս վճարում էինք դրոշմանիշային վճար, որը 1000 դրամից ավելի էր, 2026 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից մինչև 1 մլն դրամ ստացող բոլոր աշխատողների համար այդ վճարը փոխվեց, դարձավ 1000 դրամ, և այստեղ մենք ունեինք խնայողություն, որը պլանավորել էինք քաղաքացիների այս խմբի համար»,- ասաց նա։

 

Ինչ վերաբերում է այն քաղաքացիներին, որոնց աշխատավարձը 2027 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից կանցնի 200 հազար դրամը և կլինի մինչև 500 հազար դրամ, պետությունն այս պարագայում կսուբսիդավորի 6000 դրամը, ինչպես որ 2026 թվականին է իրականացվել, իսկ մնացած 4400 դրամը կվճարի արդեն քաղաքացին։

 

Նախարարը նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիների խնդրանքով 2027 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից աշխատող անձանց հնարավորություն կընձեռվի նաև կամավոր հիմունքներով ապահովագրելու իրենց փոխկապակցված անձանց։

 

«Սա նշանակում է, որ 200-500 հազար դրամ աշխատավարձ ստացողները կկարողանան իրենց ընտանիքից մեկ անդամի ևս ներառել համակարգում՝ իրենք վճարելով նրա համար, իսկ 500 հազար դրամից ավելի աշխատավարձ ստացողները՝ 2 անդամի»,- ասաց նախարարը։

 

Ավելի վաղ որոշում էր կայացվել, որ էլեկտրոնային հարթակների միջոցով տաքսի ծառայություններ մատուցող վարորդները ևս ներառվեն ապահովագրական համակարգում։ Նախարարը հիշեցրեց, որ նրանց համար այդ հնարավորությունը կբացվի հունվարի 1-ից, և որ որոշման նախագծով կարգավորվում են նաև նրանց վճարման մեխանիզմները։

 

«Համակարգում կընդգրկվեն այն տաքսի վարորդները, որոնք էլեկտրոնային հարթակներում ունեն գրանցման երկու տարվա պատմություն, և որոնց ընդհանուր շրջանառությունը 2026 թվականի ընթացքում ամսական կտրվածքով ավելի է եղել նվազագույն աշխատավարձից։ Սա էլ ուղղված է նրան, որ մենք նախ ապահովենք կայունությունը, երկրորդ՝ մեր տաքսի ծառայությունների վարորդները ևս հնարավորություն ունենան համակարգից օգտվելու»,- ասաց նա։

 

Նախարարը հիշեցրեց՝ կա 350 հազար անձ, որոնք ունեն մինչև 200 հազար դրամ աշխատավարձ։

 

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն արձագանքեց՝ այս որոշման նախագիծը շատ կարևոր է մարդկանց բարեկեցությունը բարելավելու իմաստով։
