Ռուս-ուկրաինական հակամարտության կարգավորման շուրջ եռակողմ բանակցությունները չեն ներառում Եվրամիության մասնակցությունը հատկապես այն պատճառով, որ այն ներկայում պահպանում է «սադրիչ դիրքորոշում», որն ուղղված է հակամարտության երկարաձգմանը, հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը։ Այս մասին հաղորդում է «Ինտերֆաքս» գործակալությունը։

«Եռակողմ բանակցությունները չեն ներառում Եվրամիության մասնակցությունը։ Ավելին, մենք դեռևս տեղյակ չենք, որ Եվրամիությունը որևէ խաղաղ դիրքորոշում է որդեգրում։ Եվրամիությունը պահպանում է սադրիչ դիրքորոշում, որն ուղղված է պատերազմի հետագա սրմանը և երկարաձգմանը։ Մեզ նման մասնակիցներ պետք չեն», – ասել է Պեսկովը։

Այսպես է նա մեկնաբանել այն տեղեկությունները, որ Եվրահանձնաժողովի նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Բյորն Զայբերտը կարող է առաջարկվել որպես հակամարտության կարգավորման շուրջ բանակցությունների պատվիրակության ղեկավար։

«Եվ քիչ հավանական է, որ նրանք պետք լինեն նույն այդ ամերիկացիներին, որոնք, ընդհակառակը, փորձում են խաղաղություն հաստատել», – նշել է նա։

Ավելի վաղ Euronews-ը, հղում անելով աղբյուրներին, հաղորդել էր, որ Եվրամիությունը պատրաստում է Ռուսաստանի հետ բանակցությունների պատվիրակություն՝ Եվրահանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լայենի գլխավորությամբ, որպեսզի «Կիևը փրկի կապիտուլյացիայից»։

Աղբյուրների համաձայն՝ ֆոն դե Լայենը մտադիր չէ այս նախաձեռնությունը փոխանցել ԵՄ երկրներին կամ նույնիսկ Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Անտոնիու Կոշտային և պահանջում է, որ պատվիրակությունը գլխավորի իր աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Բյորն Զայբերտը։
