ՀՀ-ում նոյեմբերի 1-30-ը որոշ բժշկական արտադրատեսակներ, դեղորայք, կոշկեղեն, տան և ինտերիերի պարագաներ, անվադողեր և այլն կդրոշմավորվեն

Կառավարությունը հաստատել է ՀՀ-ում դրոշմավորման փորձնական ծրագրի շրջանակում դրոշմավորման ենթակա ապրանքների ցանկը և ցանկում ներառված ապրանքների դրոշմավորման փորձնական ծրագիրը։ Ինչպես նշել է Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալ Վրեժ Մխիթարյանը, որոշման նպատակն է ընդլայնել ՀՀ-ում դրոշմավորման ենթակա ապրանքների ցանկը։ «Փորձնական ծրագիրն առաջարկվում է իրականացնել 2026 թվականի նոյեմբերի 1-ից 30-ը՝ որոշմամբ նշված սննդամթերքի, մասնավորապես՝ հրուշակեղենի կիսապատրաստուկների և սառեցված արտադրանքի համար»,-ասել է  կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալը՝ հավելելով, որ ծրագրի իրականացման լիազոր մարմինը ՊԵԿ-ն է։

Վրեժ Մխիթարյանը տեղեկացրել է նաև, որ ՊԵԿ-ը ծրագրի ավարտից հետո 10-օրյա ժամկետում փորձնական ծրագրի գնահատման արդյունքները ներկայացնում է վարչապետի աշխատակազմ։ «Չզեկուցվող փաթեթում ներառված էին Կառավարության ևս հինգ որոշում, որոնցով նույնպես սահմանվում են դրոշմավորման փորձնական ծրագրեր։ Դրանցում ներառված են հետևյալ  ապրանքային խմբերը՝ բժշկական արտադրատեսակներ, դեղագործական արտադրանք, բժշկական պարագաներ և սարքավորումներ, կոշկեղեն, տան և ինտերիերի պարագաներ, լուսանկարչական ապարատներ, ավտոպահեստամասեր և անվադողեր, պիրոտեխնիկա, հրդեհային անվտանգության սարքավորումներ, խաղալիքներ և հեծանիվներ, բնական մորթուց հագուստ և պարագաներ։ Փորձնական ծրագրի իրականացումը հնարավորություն կտա փորձնական փուլի ընթացքում  դրոշմավորման մեխանիզմների և համակարգի ֆունկցիոնալության փորձարկում  և  գործընթացների հղկում և այլն», -ասել է կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալը։

Ըստ նրա՝ համակարգային և երկարաժամկետ արդյունքները պետության համար կլինեն ստվերային տնտեսության նվազեցումը, բիզնես միջավայրի թափանցիկության բարձրացումը, լրացուցիչ հարկային եկամուտների ապահովումը, իրական ժամանակում վիճակագրական տվյալների ստացումը և ԵԱՏՄ երկրների վերահսկող մարմինների համագործակցության ավտոմատացումը. «Բիզնեսի համար՝ ազնիվ մրցակցության ապահովումը, ստվերի կրճատման հաշվին ԵԱՏՄ տարածքում ապրանքաշրջանառության և արտահանման պարզեցումը՝ ամբողջ ԵԱՏՄ-ում միասնական դրոշմապիտակի ձևի կիրառմամբ։ Սպառողների համար՝ կեղծ և անորակ ապրանքների շրջանառության սահմանափակումը, քաղաքացիների առողջության և իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը»։

Անդրադառնալով ծրագրին՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանում բացարձակապես ոչինչ չպետք է վաճառվի առանց մակնշման։ Վարչապետն այդ համատեքստում անդրադարձել է, մասնավորապես՝ բջջային հեռախոսների, կենցաղային տեխնիկայի վաճառքի ոլորտում հսկայական ստվերին և ընդգծել, որ այս համակարգը կնպաստի ստվերի կրճատմանը։ «Իհարկե, համակարգն անթերի չէ, ներդրման գործընթացն էլ անթերի չի եղել, բայց պետք է գնանք այս ճանապարհով»,- ասել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
