Եվրոպան 2026-2027 թվականների ձմռանն ընդառաջ բախվել է գազի մատակարարման հետ կապված ռիսկերի։ Էներգետիկ շուկայի անկայունությունը, Մերձավոր Արևելքում ստեղծված իրավիճակը և գազի պահեստարաններում պաշարների համեմատաբար ցածր մակարդակը մտահոգություններ են առաջացրել հնարավոր պակասի վերաբերյալ։

Եվրոպական գազի փոխանցման համակարգերի օպերատորների ցանցի՝ ENTSOG-ի հոկտեմբերի 8-ին հրապարակած գնահատման համաձայն՝ հոկտեմբերի 1-ի դրությամբ Եվրամիության ստորգետնյա գազապահեստարանները լցված էին մոտ 72 տոկոսով։ Զեկույցում նշվում է, որ խիստ ցուրտ ձմռան և գազի լրացուցիչ մատակարարումների խափանման դեպքում Եվրոպայում կարող է առաջանալ գազի պահանջարկի 12-15 տոկոսին համարժեք պակասուրդ։

Ո՞ր երկրներն են առավել խոցելի

Ռիսկերը հատկապես մեծ են Կենտրոնական, Արևելյան և Հարավարևելյան Եվրոպայի այն երկրների համար, որոնք չունեն ելք դեպի ծով և ավելի սահմանափակ հնարավորություններ ունեն հեղուկացված բնական գազի ներմուծման համար։ Մատակարարումների խափանումների դեպքում այդ երկրներում կարող են առաջանալ գազի հասանելիության դժվարություններ, հատկապես բարձր պահանջարկի օրերին։

Եվրոպական էներգետիկ համակարգի համար լրացուցիչ խնդիր է Մերձավոր Արևելքում հակամարտության հետևանքով համաշխարհային գազի մատակարարումների վրա գործադրվող ճնշումը։ Եթե մատակարարումների սահմանափակումները շարունակվեն, իսկ ձմեռը սովորականից ցուրտ լինի, եվրոպական երկրները կարող են ստիպված լինել ավելի շատ գազ ներմուծել և սահմանափակել սպառումը։

Արդյո՞ք որոշ երկրներ ամբողջությամբ կմնան առանց գազի

Այս պահին չկա հաստատված տեղեկություն, որ 2026 թվականի ձմռանը որևէ երկիր ամբողջությամբ զրկվելու է գազից։ Խոսքը հնարավոր պակասուրդի և մատակարարման խափանումների ռիսկի մասին է, ոչ թե բոլոր սպառողների գազամատակարարումը դադարեցնելու հաստատված ծրագրի։

Եվրահանձնաժողովը հոկտեմբերի 8-ին հայտարարել է, որ, չնայած գազի պահեստարանների պաշարների համեմատաբար ցածր մակարդակին, եվրոպական գազային համակարգը բավարար ճկունություն ունի ձմռան պահանջարկը բավարարելու համար։ Այնուամենայնիվ, իրավիճակը կախված կլինի եղանակից, ներմուծման ծավալներից և աշխարհաքաղաքական զարգացումներից։
