«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ավելի քան երեք տասնամյակ գործող «Արցախ TV»-ն, որը Արցախի բռնի հայաթափումից հետո իր աշխատանքը շարունակում է Հայաստանում, դարձյալ կանգնել է լուրջ խնդիրների առաջ։ Հեռուստաընկերությունն այս պահին գործում է ՀՀ-ում Արցախի Հանրապետության մշտական ներկայացուցչության շենքում հատկացված սենյակում։ Սակայն արդեն տևական ժամանակ է՝ ներկայացուցչության շենքի տնօրինման իրավունքի հարցը քննվում է դատարանում, ինչը լուրջ մտահոգություն է առաջացրել կոլեկտիվում։ Դատարանի հնարավոր որոշմամբ, շենքը արցախցիների տնօրինումից վերցնելու դեպքում լրատվամիջոցը կզրկվի եթեր ապահովելու վերջին հնարավորությունից։

Ստեղծված իրավիճակի, առկա մարտահրավերների և առաջիկա ծրագրերի շուրջ «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում իր մտահոգություններն ու տեսակետն է հայտնել հեռուստաընկերության տնօրեն Նարեկ Սահակյանը։

Անդրադառնալով բռնի տեղահանումից հետո ի հայտ եկած խնդիրներին՝ նա նշեց, որ վերաբացման պահից ի վեր իրենց հիմնական խնդիրը եղել ու մնում է շենքայինը. «Տեսնելով, որ որևէ այլ տարածքում դժվար է ապահովել «Արցախ TV»-ի գործունեությունը՝ աշխատանքները կազմակերպել ենք ՀՀ-ում Արցախի Հանրապետության ներկայացուցչությունում»։ Սակայն, նրա խոսքով, երկու տարի անց կրկին նույն խնդրի առաջ են կանգնած, քանի որ դատական գործընթացներով պայմանավորված՝ շենքի ճակատագիրը մշուշոտ է։ Նարեկ Սահակյանը հատուկ ընդգծեց այն հանգամանքը, որ այդ շենքում մեկ տանիքի տակ են հավաքվել արցախցու ինքնության համար պայքարող կազմակերպություններն ու կոլեկտիվները։

Խոսելով հետագա գործունեության հեռանկարների մասին, եթե կառավարությունը դատարանի որոշմամբ վերցնի ներկայացուցչության շենքը, Նարեկ Սահակյանը վստահեցրեց, որ ալիքը միանշանակ պետք է գործի, ընդ որում՝ ոչ թե ուղղակի գոյություն ունենալու, այլ հավատարիմ մնալու իր առաքելությանը՝ լինելու Արցախի և արցախցու ձայնը։ Նա խոստովանեց, որ այստեղ ամենամեծ խնդիրը համապատասխան շենք կամ տարածք ունենալն է, ինչը բավականին բարդացած է նաև մասնավոր հատվածում։ Սահակյանի փոխանցմամբ, ցավոք, գործարար շրջանում շատերը խուսափում են «Արցախ TV»-ին վարձով տարածք տրամադրել՝ հետագա հնարավոր անախորժություններից խուսափելու պատճառաբանությամբ։

Անդրադառնալով վերջերս հայտարարված վերազինմանն ու առաջիկա անելիքներին՝ տնօրենը նշեց, որ հեռուստաընկերությունը կունենա հստակ ռազմավարություն, արցախցու տեսակը, խնդիրներն ու հաջողությունները բացահայտող հեռուստահաղորդումներ և նախագծեր, ինչպես նաև համեստ, բայց ժամանակի պահանջներին համապատասխանող տեխնիկական միջոցներ։ Նա վստահություն հայտնեց, որ սրտացավ ու պրոֆեսիոնալ մասնագետներով համալրված թիմն իր ամենօրյա աշխատանքով աստիճանաբար կվերականգնի հանրային վստահությունը լրատվամիջոցի նկատմամբ։
