Եթե ձեր հարազատի մահվանից անցել է երեք տարի, և դուք տեղյակ չեք եղել, որ նա ունեցել է կուտակային կենսաթոշակային հաշիվ, ապա այդ հաշվում առկա դրամական միջոցները հավանական է, որ փոխանցվել են պետբյուջե։ Դուք կարող եք «Դատալեքս» դատական-տեղեկատվական համակարգում որոնել ձեր հարազատի անունով դատական գործը և դրա մասին իմանալու պահից եռամսյա ժամկետում բողոքարկել Վերաքննիչ դատարան։ Այս մասին գրել է Հետքը։

«2019 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 25-ին՝ Լոռու մարզի Վանաձոր քաղաքի հարակից սարերում հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքներ իրականացնելիս, զոհվել է 22-ամյա փրկարար Սամվել Դևելյանը։ Նրա մահից հետո ժառանգության ձևակերպման ընթացքում ծնողներն իմացել են, որ Սամվելն ունեցել է կուտակային կենսաթոշակային հաշիվ։ 

Ընտանիքը կարծել է, թե կենսաթոշակային հաշվի մնացորդը ժառանգելու համար ցանկացած ժամանակ կարող են դիմել «Հայաստանի կենտրոնական դեպոզիտարիա»։ Նրանք տեղյակ չեն եղել, որ օրենքով սահմանված ժամկետներ կան, և որ դրանք լրանալուց հետո Ֆինանսների նախարարությունը կարող է դիմել դատարան՝ Սամվելի կուտակային կենսաթոշակային հաշվի փայերն անժառանգ ճանաչելու և հաշվում առկա միջոցները պետբյուջե փոխանցելու պահանջով։ 

19-ամյա Լյոնիկ Հերքոյանն էլ մահացել է մոտոցիկլետով վթարի հետևանքով։ Նա գրանցված աշխատող է եղել և ունեցել է կուտակային կենսաթոշակային հաշիվ։ Մահից հետո հարազատները չեն իմացել հաշվի առկայության մասին, որպեսզի դիմեին «Հայաստանի կենտրոնական դեպոզիտարիա»՝ ժառանգությունը ձևակերպելու համար։ Օրենքով սահմանված 3 տարին լրանալուց հետո Դեպոզիտարիան այդ մասին տեղեկացրել է Ֆինանսների նախարարությանը։ Վերջինս էլ, հիմնվելով այդ փաստի վրա, դիմել է դատարան՝ մահացածի կուտակային կենսաթոշակային հաշվի փայերն անժառանգ ճանաչելու և հաշվի միջոցները պետական բյուջե փոխանցելու պահանջով»։
