Իրանը մտադիր չէ սպասել հակառակորդի հարձակմանը՝ պատասխան հարվածի ժամանակն ու եղանակը որոշելու համար։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է Իրանի զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետ, գեներալ-մայոր Ալի Աբդոլլահին՝ նախազգուշացնելով, որ Թեհրանի պատասխանը կլինի անհապաղ և չի սահմանափակվի աշխարհագրական շրջանակներով, տեղեկացնում է Tasnim-ը։

 

Սոցցանցերում հրապարակած հաղորդագրության մեջ Աբդոլլահին հայտարարել է, որ Իրանի զինված ուժերն օգտագործում են հետախուզության բոլոր հնարավորությունները՝ հակառակորդի տեղաշարժերին ու նախապատրաստություններին հետևելու համար։ Ըստ նրա, զինվորականները նաև մշտապես թարմացնում են թիրախների տվյալների բազան։

 

«Մեր պատասխանը կլինի անհապաղ, արդյունավետ և առանց աշխարհագրական սահմանափակումների», — նախազգուշացրել է գեներալը։ Նա ընդգծել է, որ թշնամական գործողությունների նշաններ հայտնաբերելու դեպքում Իրանն ինքը կորոշի, թե երբ և ինչպես պատասխանել։

 

Իրանի ժողովրդին ուղղված առանձին ուղերձում Աբդոլլահին աջակցություն է հայտնել երկրի գերագույն առաջնորդ Մոջթաբա Հոսեյնի Խամենեիի ցուցումներին, որը նախկինում ռազմական հրամանատարությանը կոչ էր արել ամրապնդել մարտական պատրաստվածությունը և ապահովել հակառակորդի առավելագույն զսպումը։ Գեներալը հայտարարել է, որ զինված ուժերը պատրաստ են երկիրը պաշտպանել ցանկացած ագրեսիայից՝ անկախ դրա մասշտաբից ու բնույթից։

 

Աբդոլլահին տեղեկացրել է, որ Իրանն ընդլայնում է ռազմական թիրախների տվյալների բազայի աշխարհագրությունը՝ դրանում ներառելով հակառակորդի նոր օբյեկտներն ու ռեսուրսները։ Նա նաև խոստացել է կիրառել ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաներ ու սպառազինություն, իսկ նոր հարձակման դեպքում պատասխանել ավելի կոշտ և արդյունավետ, քան երրորդ պարտադրված պատերազմի ժամանակ․ այսպես են Իրանում անվանում վերջին հակամարտությունը։

 

Խամենեին, իր հերթին, կարգադրել է թարմացնել թիրախների ցանկը՝ դրանում ներառելով ԱՄՆ-ի և Իսրայելի նյութական ու ոչ նյութական ակտիվները, ինչպես նաև ընդլայնել հետախուզական հնարավորությունները, զարգացնել սեփական պաշտպանական տեխնոլոգիաները և ամրապնդել զինված ուժերի օպերատիվ ներուժը։
