Փակուղուց դուրս գալու առաջին քայլը պետք է լինի քաղաքական և պետական գործիչների ազատ արձակումը։

Գրել է «Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր» խմբի անդամ Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը․

«Հայկական մեծ փակուղի․

Այսօրվա մեր իրականությունը, կարծում եմ, ամենաճիշտը բնութագրվում է փակուղի բառով։ Համատարած, համընդհանուր փակուղի։ Քաղաքական, ներքին, արտաքին քաղաքական, արժեքային, գաղափարական, բարքերի, պատկերացումների, լուծումների։ Իշխանական, ընդդիմադիր, հանրային, կենցաղային և այլն։

Ոչ մի լուծում չի երևում, որևէ ուղղությամբ որևէ նորմալ լուծում չի նշմարվում։ Ռուսաստան, Արևմուտք, ԹՐԻՓՓ, տնտեսություն, թանկացումներ, սահմանազատում, հանրաքվե, արտահերթ ընտրություններ, սահմանադրություն և այլն և այլն։

Բոլորս՝ ամբողջ պետությամբ, ժամանակ ենք ձգում։ Դա իրավիճակային մտածողություն է, բայց ոչ՝ պետական։ Իշխանությունը փակուղու պատճառով բանտարկում է ընդդիմախոսներին, ընդդիմությունը, գտնվելով ահռելի ճնշումների տակ, չի կարողանում արդյունավետ գործել, հանրության մտածող հատվածը իր անելիքը չի տեսնում, փակվել է իր մեջ, հասարակության զգալի մասը վայելում է ժամանակավոր  հանդարտ կենցաղը։

Իսկապես, եթե մեր խնդիրն իրար ոչնչացնելն է և վերջում բոլորով միասին աղետ դիմավորելը, ապա այս ընթացքն իդեալական է։ Իսկ եթե այնուամենայնիվ մեր խնդիրը երկիրը փակուղուց հանելն է, բարդ ու կարևոր լուծումներ գտնելը և ռիսկերը քայլ առ քայլ նվազեցնելը, ապա բոլորից պահանջվում է բոլորովին այլ մտածողություն, այլ գործունեություն և համակեցության այլ, մարդավայել կանոններ։ Հակառակ պարագայում որևէ բարդ հարցի լուծում չունենք։ Երկիրը մտել է համապարփակ փակուղի։

Չի կարող ներքին համերաշխության գաղափարը հնչեցնող Ծառուկյանը լինել անազատության մեջ, ու երկրում լինի նորմալ մթնոլորտ։ Դա աբսուրդ է։

Հետևաբար, փակուղուց դուրս գալու առաջին քայլը պետք է լինի քաղաքական և պետական գործիչների՝ օր առաջ ազատ արձակումը։ Ծառուկյանը, Քոչարյանը, Կարապետյանը, Թևանյանը, Աշոտյանը, Գրիգորյանը, հետապնդվող հոգևորականները,  և  բոլոր քաղբանտարկյալները պետք է օր առաջ վերադառնան բնականոն կյանք՝ երկրում ներքին համերաշխության և քաղաքական մտքի, հանդուրժողականության մթնոլորտի ձևավորման ուղղությամբ առաջին քայլն անելու համար։ Այդ մարդկանց ազատ արձակումից հետո պետք է սկսվի բոլոր բարդ հարցերի լուրջ քննարկումը՝ լուծում գտնելու նպատակով։ Այդ լուծումները «այո» կամ «ոչ» պարզունակ ձևակերպումների մեջ չեն։ Լուծումները բարդ են, քանի որ խնդիրներն են բարդ։ Մյուս տարբերակով՝ երկիրը տանելու են աղետի, որին առնչվելու են բոլորը։ Բոլորը՝ առանց բացառության»։
