«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

 vfokuse.mail.ru–ն «Փաշինյանը ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեցող ակտիվ է նվիրել Ադրբեջանին» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ ՀՀ խորհրդարանը հաստատել է TRIPP համաձայնագիրը, որը նախատեսում է Ադրբեջանի և Նախիջևանի միջև տրանսպորտային երթուղու ստեղծում Հայաստանի Սյունիքի մարզով: Համաձայնագրի օգտին քվեարկել է 63 պատգամավոր, դեմ՝ 32-ը: Համաձայնագրի պայմանների համաձայն, համատեղ ձեռնարկությունը կստանա երթուղին 49 տարի զարգացնելու և շահագործելու իրավունք, որի 74 %-ը պատկանում է ամերիկյան կողմին, իսկ 26 %-ը՝ Հայաստանին: ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը նույնիսկ ենթադրել է երթուղու գործարկումը մինչև Ադրբեջանի հետ համապարփակ խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքումը: Նախագիծը ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունի տարածաշրջանային լոգիստիկայի համար, քանի որ այն անցնում է Հայաստանի հարավով, որտեղով երկիրը կապվում է Իրանի հետ:

Քաղաքագետ Նիկիտա Մենդկովիչը խոսել է այն մասին, թե ինչու է Հայաստանը ռազմավարական միջանցքի վերահսկողությունը նվիրաբերել Ադրբեջանին, և ինչ զիջումներ են արվել նախկինում: «Կա մի տարածված ասացվածք. «Երբ սկսում ես զիջումներ անել, չես կարող կանգ առնել»: Հայաստանը ռազմավարական կապիտուլ յացիայի է ենթարկվել Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի կողմից, հանձնել է Ղարաբաղը և հրաժարվել է ազատագրել Հայաստանի սահմաններում գտնվող օկուպացված տարածքները: Եվ միջանցքի փոխանցումը տրամաբանական քայլ է այս ճանապարհին: Երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարում այդ միջանցքը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, կվերահսկվի ադրբեջանական կամ թուրքական զորքերի կողմից՝ անվտանգությունն ապահովելու պատրվակով: Եվ իրականում դա կդառնա «Հայաստանը մասնատելու ծրագրի» մի մասը: Բայց, կրկնեմ, սա Երևանի գործող քաղաքականության բավականին տրամաբանական զարգացումն է», - ասել է փորձագետը:

Նրա խոսքով, Ադրբեջանը միայն կշահի նման քայլից, իսկ Նախիջևանը կստանա լրացուցիչ առավելություններ: Ադրբեջանի համար դեպի Նախիջևան միջանցքի ապահովումը կարևոր քաղաքական հարց է, որը երկրորդն է Ղարաբաղը Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողությանը հանձնելուց և նրա հայ բնակչության տեղահանությունից հետո: Հետևաբար, փորձագետի կարծիքով, սա իսկապես մեծ հաղթանակ է Ադրբեջանի համար գոնե քաղաքական առումով, չհաշված այն փաստը, որ այն ավելի շատ հնարավորություններ է ստեղծում Նախիջևանի հետ տնտեսական և քաղաքական համագործակցությունը վերականգնելու համար։
