Բարգավաճ Հայաստան կուսակցություն ֆեյսբուքյան էջը գրում է.

2026 թվականի նոյեմբերի 4-ին՝ ժամը 14:00-ին, Երևանի Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում (Երևան, Հայկ Գյուլիքևխյան փողոց 20, Նոր Նորքի 4-րդ զանգված) տեղի կունենա հերթական դատական նիստը՝ հիմնազուրկ մեղադրանքներով հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակում, որով անցնում են "Բարգավաճ Հայաստան" կուսակցության առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, Սեդրակ Առուստամյանը, Արթուր Դալլաքյանը և մի խումբ այլ անձինք։

Դատական նիստի ընթացքում կքննարկվի Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նկատմամբ կիրառված խափանման միջոցը փոխելու հարցը։

Մենք համոզված ենք, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն ու այս գործով որպես մեղադրյալներ ներգրավված մյուս անձինք քաղաքական հետապնդման թիրախ են հանդիսանում։ Մեր համոզմամբ՝ այս իրողությունը որևէ լրացուցիչ ապացույցի կարիք չունի։

Մի կողմ թողնելով ապօրինի հետապնդման հուզական կողմը՝ անհրաժեշտ է արձանագրել մեկ սկզբունքային իրավական հանգամանք։

Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, քրեական գործն ուղարկվել է դատարան։ Հետևաբար, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին հետագա կալանքի տակ պահելն այլևս չունի որևէ ողջամիտ անհրաժեշտություն։
Հաշվի առնելով վերոնշյալ բոլոր հանգամանքները՝ մենք ակնկալում ենք, որ դատարանը կկայացնի հավասարակշռված, արդար և օրինական որոշում՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նկատմամբ կիրառված խափանման միջոցը փոխարինելով այլ տարբերակով։ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անհապաղ ազատ արձակումը չունի այլընտրանք։

«Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության ամբողջ թիմը՝ իր տարածքային կառույցների ներկայացուցիների և տասնյակ հազարավոր համակիրների հետ միասին հետամուտ է լինելու, որպեսզի արդարությունը հաղթանակ տոնի։ Մեր պայքարն աննկուն է։
