Չինաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության խոսնակ Մաո Նինը նոյեմբերի 4-ին ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ հայտարարել է, որ Չինաստանը «պատրաստ է շարունակել համագործակցությունը» Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ միջանկյալ ընտրություններից հետո, որոնց նախնական արդյունքներով նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի կուսակից հանրապետականները կորցրել են վերահսկողությունը Կոնգրեսի երկու պալատներում։ Այս մասին հաղորդում է France 24-ը։

«Միջանկյալ ընտրությունները Միացյալ Նահանգների ներքին գործն են։ Չինաստանը պատրաստ է շարունակել համագործակցությունն ԱՄՆ-ի հետ՝ երկու պետությունների ղեկավարների միջև ձեռք բերված կարևոր կոնսենսուսը պահպանելու և իրականացնելու, հաղորդակցությունն ամրապնդելու, տարաձայնությունները պատշաճ կերպով կառավարելու, համագործակցությունն ընդլայնելու և հարգանքի, արդարության և փոխադարձության սկզբունքների վրա հիմնված կառուցողական, ռազմավարական առումով կայուն չին-ամերիկյան հարաբերություններ կառուցելու համար», – նշել է նա։

Խոսնակը հավելել է, որ Չինաստանը կապ է պահպանում համապատասխան կողմերի հետ՝ Չինաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Միացյալ Նահանգների ղեկավարների հանդիպման կազմակերպման շուրջ։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Չինաստանը պաշտպանում է Իրանի և ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից իրենց տարաձայնությունները բանակցությունների միջոցով լուծելու մոտեցումը։
