ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Մարկ Ռյուտեն նիդեռլանդական Pauw & De Wit թոք-շոուի ժամանակ հայտարարել է, որ ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմում, հավանաբար, հաղթող չի լինի։ Այս մասին հաղորդում է Bloomberg-ը։

«Ես չեմ կարծում, որ դա շատ հավանական է։ Նման պատերազմները միշտ ավարտվում են խաղաղության համաձայնագրով, որը հաճախ որոշակի փոխզիջում է», – ասել է Ռյուտեն։

Նա նաև ընդգծել է, որ Եվրոպան պետք է զգոն մնա Ռուսաստանի հարցում նույնիսկ Ուկրաինայում պատերազմի ավարտից հետո։

«Ռուսական սպառնալիքն այժմ ուղղակիորեն չի դրսևորվում մեր սահմաններին, քանի որ այդ զինվորներից շատերը զբաղված են Ուկրաինայում։ Բայց եթե դա ավարտվի, նրանց հսկայական բանակն այնտեղ չի լինի պարզապես որպես հսկայական բանակ», – հայտարարել է ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարը։

«Մենք երազում ենք մի ժամանակի մասին, երբ այս ամենը կավարտվի», – նշել է Ռյուտեն։

Նա նաև հայտնել է, որ «մեծ հիացմունք» է տածում Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վոլոդիմիր Զելենսկու հանդեպ՝ նշելով, որ իրենք շաբաթական կտրվածքով զրուցում են։

Միաժամանակ նա հավելել է, որ կարևոր է, որ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփն ու Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը «լավ հարաբերություններ» ունենան։Անդրադառնալով Թրամփի և Պուտինի միջև վերջերս ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությանը, ըստ որի՝ Ռուսաստանն ԱՄՆ-ին դիզելային վառելիք է մատակարարելու, Ռյուտեն նշել է, որ գործարքի մասին հայտարարումից հետո ԱՄՆ-ի եվրոպական դաշնակիցների շրջանում «խուճապ» է առաջացել։«Ես հասկանում եմ դա, ինքս էլ զարմացա», – ասել է նա՝ հավելելով, որ այս տարի Եվրոպան Ռուսաստանից նաև մեծ քանակությամբ հեղուկ բնական գազ է գնել՝ «շատ ավելին, քան կարող է ապահովել դիզելային վառելիքի այդ գործարքը։

Եվրոպան էլ, ի վերջո, սուրբ չէ»։ԱՄՆ-Իրան հակամարտության վերաբերյալ Ռյուտեն բարձր է գնահատել Թրամփի դերն Իսլամական Հանրապետության կողմից միջուկային զենքի ստեղծումը կանխելու նրա վճռականության համար: Նա ընդգծել է Եվրոպայի համար կարևորությունը, որ Թեհրանի միջուկային սպառնալիքը, «որը կար, և նրանց ունեցած բալիստիկ հրթիռները, որոնք կարող էին հասնել Կոպենհագեն կամ Լոնդոն, վերացվեն: Խնդիրն այն է, որ Եվրոպան չէր կարող դա անել ինքնուրույն»:

«Բոլոր ռիսկերը չեն վերացել, սակայն Իրանի միջուկային հնարավորությունները շատ թուլացած են», – շեշտել է ՆԱՏՕ-ի ղեկավարը։

ԱՄՆ ընտրությունների վերաբերյալ Ռյուտեն նշել է, որ քվեարկությունից հետո Թրամփին «կարճ հաղորդագրություն» է ուղարկել՝ գրելով. «Գլուխդ բարձր պահիր, շարունակենք առաջ շարժվել»։
