Նոր կենսաչափական փաստաթղթեր ստանալու նախագրանցումը՝ քայլերով: Այս մասին իրազեկում են ՆԳՆ-ից: 

«Նոր կենսաչափական անձնագիր կամ նույնականացման քարտ ստանալու համար անհրաժեշտ է նախագրանցվել haypass.am կայքում և ամրագրել այցելության օրն ու ժամը։

Ինչպե՞ս նախագրանցվել առցանց և ստանալ նոր փաստաթուղթը։ Ներկայացնում ենք քայլ առ քայլ։

Քայլ 1․ Մուտք ենք գործում www.haypass.am կայքը և գլխավոր էջի վերին հատվածում սեղմում «Դիմել» կոճակը։ Համակարգը մեզ ուղղորդում է նախագրանցման էլեկտրոնային հարթակ։

Քայլ 2․ «Քաղաքացիներ» բաժնում ընտրում ենք անհրաժեշտ փաստաթուղթը՝ անձնագիր, նույնականացման քարտ կամ համակցված դիմում՝ երկու փաստաթուղթը միասին ստանալու համար։

Այնուհետև ընտրում ենք համապատասխան ծառայությունը և սեղմում «Լրացնել դիմումը» կոճակը։ Ծանոթանում ենք ներկայացված քայլերին և օգտագործման ընդհանուր դրույթներին, ընդունում դրանք ու շարունակում։

Քայլ 3․ Անցնում ենք նույնականացումը և լրացնում տվյալները։ Ընտրված ծառայության համար հասանելի տարբերակներից ընտրում ենք նույնականացման եղանակը՝ «Ես եմ» հարթակի միջոցով կամ, եթե տվյալ ծառայությունը թույլ է տալիս, շարունակում առանց խիստ նույնականացման։

Հետևելով համակարգի ցուցումներին՝ լրացնում կամ ստուգում ենք անձնական և կոնտակտային տվյալները, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կցում պահանջվող փաստաթղթերը։

Առանց խիստ նույնականացման դիմելու դեպքում ներկայացված տվյալները համադրվում են Բնակչության պետական ռեգիստրի տվյալների հետ։

Քայլ 4․ Ընտրում ենք համակարգում հասանելի սպասարկման տեսակը և մեզ առավել հարմար «ՀայՓասի» սպասարկման կենտրոնը։

Անկախ հաշվառման վայրից՝ կարող ենք ընտրել ինչպես Երևանի, այնպես էլ մարզերի սպասարկման կենտրոններից որևէ մեկը։

Քայլ 5․ Ամրագրում ենք այցելության օրն ու ժամը։ Համակարգում առաջարկվող ազատ օրերից և ժամերից ընտրում ենք մեզ հարմարը, ապա ևս մեկ անգամ ստուգում նախագրանցման տվյալների ճշտությունը։

Վերջին քայլով՝ հետևելով համակարգի ցուցումներին՝ կատարում ենք վճարումը և պահպանում վճարման անդորրագիրը։

Նախագրանցումն ավարտելուց հետո էլեկտրոնային փոստով անմիջապես կստանաք այցելության հաստատման վերաբերյալ տեղեկություններն ու համապատասխան QR կոդերը, որոնք անհրաժեշտ է ներկայացնել սպասարկման կենտրոն։

Ամրագրված օրն ու ժամին QR կոդերով ներկայանում եք ընտրված սպասարկման կենտրոն, որտեղ 3–5 րոպեի ընթացքում կստուգվեն ձեր փաստաթղթերն ու տվյալները, տեղում կլուսանկարահանվեք, կվերցվեն մատնահետքերի և ստորագրության նմուշներ։

Դիմելուց հետո 14 աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում կստանաք նոր սերնդի կենսաչափական փաստաթուղթը։

Նոր կենսաչափական փաստաթղթեր ստանալու գործընթացն այսպիսով դառնում է առավել պարզ, արագ և հարմարավետ՝ հնարավորություն տալով «0 թուղթ» սկզբունքով նախապես պլանավորել այցելությունը, խնայել ժամանակը և խուսափել ավելորդ թղթաբանությունից»,- հայտնում են ՆԳՆ-ից:
