Փաշինյանի ներքին «լեգիտիմությունը» հիմնականում կառուցվել է արտաքին ուժերի տված «քարտ բլանշի» վրա: Այս մասին գրել է ՀՀԿ Գործադիր մարմնի անդամ Արտակ Զաքարյանը։

Գաղտնիք չէ, որ Փաշինյանի կառավարչությունն, իր գոյության ընթացքում, մեծամասամբ կախված է եղել արտաքին ուժերից: Նրա ներքին «լեգիտիմությունը» հիմնականում կառուցվել է արտաքին ուժերի տված «քարտ բլանշի» վրա:

Նրա «քաղաքականության» հետևանքը եղել են՝ երեք պատերազմները, Արցախի կորուստն ու էթնիկ զտումը, ՀՀ տարածքների օկուպացիան, Սյունիքին և արևելյան սահմաններին սպառնացող ռիսկերը, ինքնորոշման իրավունքի ու ազատության համար պայքարող մարդկանց գերությունը Բաքվում, ռազմավարական դաշնակցի հետ վատացող հարաբերությունները, տնտեսական խորացող պրոբլեմները, խաբուսիկ կոմունիկացիոն նախագծերը, վտանգավոր ռեգիոնալ գործընթացների մեջ մտնելը, ազգային օրակարգերի մերժումը, ինքնության ու արժեքային համակարգի խաթարումը, հայ ժողովրդի պատմական անցյալից ու առաքելությունից հրաժարումը, Հայ Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու բնականոն գործունեությանը կոպիտ միջամտելը...

Այս ամենն անել հնարավոր չէր լինի, եթե չլիներ այն ծանրակշիռ արտաքին աջակցությունն ու խրախուսումը, որն անընդհատ ստացել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Այս ամենը չէր լինի, եթե չլիներ ուկրաինական պատերազմը: Այս ամենը չէր լինի՝ եթե Հայաստանում պահպանվեին ազգային շահերի վրա հենված ժողովրդավարությունն ու համերաշխության միջավայրը...

Սակայն, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խոշոր հովանավորների ջանքերն այլևս առաջվանը չեն: Նախագահ Մակրոնը հեռանում է, կանցլեր Մերցի դիրքերը թուլացել են: Բրիտանացիները սևեռվել են այլ հարցերի վրա: Արցախը հանձնելու քավորներից՝ Շառլ Միշելը չկա: Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լյայենի քաղաքական կշիռն անկում է ապրում: Թուլանում են նաև նախագահ Թրամփի դիրքերը: Նախագահ Պուտինը մոռացության է մատնել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին: ԵՄ ներքին ու արտաքին սոցիալ-քաղաքական իրավիճակը գնալով ավելի բարդանում է: Ուկրաինայի պատերազմը կարծես մոտենում է ավարտին, իսկ Մերձավոր Արևելքում ռազմա-քաղաքական զարգացումները հուսադրող չեն...

Այս ամենի ֆոնի վրա, արտաքին քաղաքական թելերից կախված ՔՊ-ական իշխանությունը կորցնում է իր նշանակությունը: Նրանց միակ «հենարանը» թերևս մնում են Ալիևն ու գուցե նաև Էրդողանը:

Ի՞նչ են պահանջում այսօր Փաշինյանից, որպեսզի ունենա նրանց աջակցությունը: Բնականաբար՝ տա ճանապարհ (TRIPP)՝ «Մեծ Թուրանի» կառուցման համար: Եվ փոխի Սահմանադրությունը՝, որպեսզի Ադրբեջանում կարողանան հայտարարել Հայաստսնի ենթարկվողականության մասին: Իսկ հետո պահաջելու կարիք անգամ չի լինի: Հանգիստ կվերցնեն Հայաստանն իրենց վերահսկողության ու ազդեցութկան տակ:
