Զախարովան հակադարձել է Ալեն Սիմոնյանին՝ հիշեցնելով 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարությունը և Պրահան

ՌԴ ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Մարիա Զախարովայի հայտարարությունը․ «Մոսկվա ժամանելուց առաջ Հայաստանի անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Ալեն Սիմոնյանը պնդել է, թե ռուսական կողմը, իբր, ոչինչ չի արել 2020 թվականի աշնանը ԼՂ հակամարտության սուր փուլի ընթացքում։
Մեջբերենք նրա խոսքերը. «Ես բառացիորեն ընկնում էի ռուսների ոտքերի առաջ՝ ասելով. «Մենք ձեր եղբայրներն ենք, մենք ձեր դաշնակիցներն ենք, կանգնեցրեք այս պատերազմը»։ Այդ ժամանակ Ռուսաստանը ոչ մի արդյունավետ քայլ չձեռնարկեց, մինչդեռ մեր տղաները զոհվում էին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում»։
Մեզ հայտնի չէ, թե ում ոտքերի առաջ էր նա ընկնում այն ժամանակ, կամ գուցե շարունակում է դա անել նաև հիմա։ Մինչդեռ հենց Ռուսաստանը՝ և ոչ ոք ուրիշը, վերջ դրեց տարածաշրջանում արյունահեղությանը։
2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի լույս 10-ի գիշերը Ռուսաստանի (Վ.Վ. Պուտին), Ադրբեջանի (Ի.Գ. Ալիև) և Հայաստանի (Ն.Վ. Փաշինյան) ղեկավարների կողմից ստորագրված եռակողմ հայտարարությունը հայտարարեց լիակատար հրադադարի և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում բոլոր ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցման մասին։ Սրանք «վերացական քայլեր» չէին, այլ կոնկրետ, արդյունավետ միջոցառումներ, որոնց նախորդել էին բարձր մակարդակով բազմաթիվ շփումներ։
Արդյունքում՝ տարածաշրջանում տեղակայվեց ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախումբ։ Մեր խաղաղապահները՝ երբեմն սեփական կյանքի գնով, ապահովեցին քաղաքացիական բնակչության անվտանգությունը, տրամադրեցին մարդասիրական օգնություն և իրականացրեցին ականազերծման աշխատանքներ։
2021–2022 թվականներին ձեռք բերված բարձր մակարդակի մի շարք եռակողմ պայմանավորվածությունների արդյունքում տարածաշրջանում հաստատվեց խաղաղություն։ Մշակվեց հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման «ճանապարհային քարտեզ», որը ներառում է Երևանի և Բաքվի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի մշակումը, տրանսպորտային կապերի ապաշրջափակումը, սահմանների սահմանազատման գործընթացի մեկնարկը և հումանիտար խնդիրների լուծումը։
Հարկ է ընդգծել, որ այս բոլոր պայմանավորվածությունները մնում են ուժի մեջ. կողմերից ոչ մեկը չի հայտարարել դրանցից դուրս գալու մտադրության մասին։ Ներկայումս Երևանի և Բաքվի միջև խաղաղության գործընթացը, որոնք այժմ նախընտրում են ուղղակիորեն շփվել, առաջ է ընթանում՝ մասամբ հիմնվելով ռուս միջնորդների առաջարկությունների վրա։
Կարելի է նաև հիշեցնել Սիմոնյանին Պրահայի մասին, կամ ավելի ստույգ՝ 2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 6-ից 7-ը, երբ Եվրոպական միության հովանու ներքո անցկացված գագաթնաժողովում Ն․ Վ․ Փաշինյանը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը ճանաչեց որպես Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության տարածքի մաս։
Խոսել Ռուսաստանի կողմից «արդյունավետ քայլերի» բացակայության մասին՝ միաժամանակ նսեմացնելով ռուս խաղաղապահների ջանքերն ու զոհողությունները, նշանակում է աղավաղել ճշմարտությունը»։
