ՌԴ-ից Հայաստանին հատկացվող հումանիտար օգնությունը կրճատվել է տասն անգամ

ԱՄՆ-ից, Շվեյցարիայից եւ Իտալիայից Հայաստանին հատկացվող մարդասիրական օգնության ծավալները նկատելի կերպով ավելացել են: Միաժամանակ նվազել է Ռուսաստանից եւ Եվրամիության անդամ մի շարք երկրներից մեզ հատկացվող օգնությունը:
Ըստ Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության պաշտոնական տվյալների՝ 2015 թ-ի հունվար-դեկտեմբեր ամիսներին մարդասիրական օգնության կարգով Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն են ներմուծվել 4 միլիոն 899 հազար 900 տոննա ապրանքներ, որոնց արժեքը կազմել է 23 միլիարդ վեց միլիոն դրամ: Ստացված օգնության 52,3 տոկոսը կազմել են քիմիայի եւ դրա հետ կապված արդյունաբերության ճյուղերի արտադրանքը, 10,1 տոկոսը` սարքեր եւ ապարատներ, 6,6 տոկոսը` մանածագործական իրեր, 6,4 տոկոսը` տարբեր արդյունաբերական ապրանքներ, 7 տոկոսը` մեքենաներ, սարքավորումներ եւ մեխանիզմներ, 2,9 տոկոսը` կոշկեղեն, գլխարկներ, հովանոցներ, իսկ 14,7 տոկոսը` մնացած ապրանքները:
2014 թվականի համեմատ՝ նախորդ տարվա հումանիտար օգնության ծավալները նվազել են 1,6 տոկոսով: Հիմնականում նվազել է Ռուսաստանից եւ ԵՄ երկրներից մեր հանրապետությանը հատկացվող օգնությունը. Ռուսաստանը տասն անգամ է նվազեցրել օգնության ծավալները, Եվրամիությունը՝ 62,6 տոկոսով: Եթե 2014 թ-ին Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանին տրամադրել է 807 հազար 600 դոլարի չափով հումանիտար օգնություն, ապա 2015 թ-ին՝ 86 հազար 400 դոլարի չափով: Եվրամիության օգնության ընդհանուր ծավալները 2014 թ-ին կազմել են 21 միլիոն 979 հազար 300 դոլար, իսկ արդեն 2015-ին՝ 13 միլիոն 759 հազար 200 դոլար:
Միաժամանակ ԱՊՀ երկրներից ստացվող մարդասիրական օգնության ծավալներն ավելացել են 2,5 անգամ, Կորեայից հատկացվող օգնությունը՝ 2,3 անգամ, Իտալիայինը՝ 4,6 անգամ: 2014 թ-ի համեմատ՝ ԱՊՀ երկրների եւ Կորեայի Հանրապետության օգնության ծավալները նախորդ տարի կրկնակի անգամ ավելացել են՝ համապատասխանաբար 226 հազար դոլարից հասնելով 566 հազար 200 դոլարի եւ 332 հազար դոլարից՝ 753 հազար 700 դոլարի: Բավական կտրուկ կերպով ավելացել է նաեւ Իտալիայից հատկացվող օգնությունը. 2014թ. այն կազմել է 979 հազար 100 դոլար, իսկ արդեն 2015-ին՝ չորս միլիոն 527 հազար 500 դոլար:
Հետաքրքիր է իմանալ՝ ինչո՞ւ նման չափով նվազեց Ռուսաստանից մեզ հատկացվող հումանիտար օգնությունը, հատկապես այն դեպքում, երբ Հայաստանն, արհամարհելով Եվրամիության առաջարկը, մուտք գործեց Եվրասիական տնտեսական միություն:
