Դաբաղ. կարո՞ղ ենք վարակվել, թե ոչ: Գեորգի Ավետիսյանի սյունակը

Սյունակի բազմաթիվ ընթերցողների խնդրանքով անդրադառնում եմ միջազգային դասկարգմամբ հատուկ վտանգավոր պաթոգեն համարվող Դաբաղի վիրուսին և դաբաղ հիվանդությանը առհասարակ: Հենց սկզբից ուզում եմ նշել, որ «հատուկ վտանգավոր պաթոգեն» արտահայտությունից ոչ միշտ է պետք վախենալ: Դաբաղը հենց այդ դեպքերից է: Հասկանալու համար եկեք պարզենք, թե ինչ է դաբաղը և ում է այն վարակում:
Դաբաղը վիրուսային հիվանդություն է, որը արտահայտվում է տենդով, մաշկի և լորձաթաղանթների աֆտային ախտահարություններով: Դաբաղով հիվանդանում են ինչպես կենդանիները, այնպես էլ մարդը: Ավելի ընկալունակ են երեխաները: Այս հիվանդության մահացությունը խոշոր եղջերավոր կենդանիների մոտ կազմում է մինչև 3 տոկոս, խոզերի մոտ մի քիչ ավելի շատ, սակայն, արագ տարածվելով և կենդանիների մոտ նվազեցնելով մթերատվությունը (մսատվություն, կաթնատվություն), այն հասցնում է մեծ տնտեսական վնաս, ահա ինչու է կոչվում «հատուկ վտանգավոր»:
Ինչպե՞ս է մարդը վարակվում դաբաղով: Վարակված կենդանու հետ անմիջական շփման, մորթի, հիվանդ կենդանու կաթը առանց ջերմային մշակման օգտագործելու դեպքում: Դաբաղի վիրուսը կայուն չէ ջերմային մշակման նկատմամբ, այսինքն, արդեն 60 աստիճանում 30 րոպեում վերանում է, վերանում է նաև կաթի պաստերիզացիայի ժամանակ: Ինչ վերաբերում է մսին, ապա այս դեպքում ավելի ապահով է, քանի որ դաբաղի վիրուսը կայուն չէ նաև թթվային միջավայրի հանդեպ, իսկ մորթից հետո մսի մեջ առաջանում է կաթնաթթու, այսինքն՝ թթվային միջավայր, ինչը իր հերթին սպանում է դաբաղի վիրուսին:
Մի խոսքով՝ եթե դուք չեք շփվում հիվանդ կենդանու հետ, չեք խմում հում կաթ և չեք ցանկանում վարակվել դաբաղով, դուք չե՛ք վարակվի:
