Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հեռախոսազրույց Է ունեցել Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության նախագահ Հասան Ռոուհանիի հետ: Այդ մասին, հաղորդում Է Կրեմլի մամուլի ծառայությունը:
«Հիմնական ուշադրությունը հատկացվել Է սիրիական խնդրին, մասնավորապես, այն նախաձեռնությունների ու առաջարկությունների քննարկմանը, որոնք տեղ են գտել Սիրիայում մարտական գործողությունների դադարեցման վերաբերյալ Ռուսաստանի եւ ԱՄՆ-ի համատեղ հայտարարության մեջ»,-նշվում Է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Երկու երկրների ղեկավարները նշել են Ռուսաստանի եւ Իրանի հետագա համատեղ աշխատանքի կարեւորությունը սիրիական ճգնաժամի կարգավորման հարցերում, ներառյալ ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի պատժացուցակում ներառված ԻՊ-ի, «Ջեբհաթ ան Նուսրա»-ի եւ ահաբեկչական այլ կազմակերպությունների դեմ վճռական պայքարի շարունակումը:
