Ինչպես որ փորի պրեսս ենք անում, այնպես էլ պետք է դեմքի համար վարժություններ անել։ Կանգնեք հայելու առաջ, լայն ժպտացեք ինքներդ ձեզ, մի քանի վայրկյան պահեք այդպես ու թուլացրեք։ 5 անգամ կրկնեք։ Հետո խորը շունչ քաշեք, ասես պատրաստվում եք փուչիկ փչել, 10 վայրկյան մնացեք, բաց թողեք շունչը։ Կրկնեք հինգ անգամ։ Օրական երկու անգամ կրկնեք։

2. Ավոկադոյով եւ մեղրով դիմակ՝ դեմքի համար

Կես ավոկադոն քերեք, 2 գդալ մեղր լցրեք, խառնեք, քսեք այտերին, թողեք 15 րոպե, ապա գոլ ջրով լվացեք։ Շաբաթական երկու անգամ կրկնեք՝ քնելուց առաջ։

3. Յոգուրտով եւ ալոեով դիմակ
