ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունը պարզաբանել է հիպոթեքի տոկոսների չափով վճարված եկամտային հարկի վերադարձի չեղարկման «լուրերին»

ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունն անդրադարձել է հիպոթեքային վարկի սպասարկման համար վճարված տոկոսների գումարների չափով վճարված եկամտային հարկի գումարների վերադարձի չեղարկման մասին «լուրերին»։ Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բա ժնից, այդ առնչությամբ տարածված հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված է.
«Վերջին շրջանում զանգվածային լրատվության մի շարք միջոցներ հարցումներով դիմում են ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությանը` հիպոթեքային վարկի սպասարկման համար վճարված տոկոսների գումարների չափով վճարված եկամտային հարկի գումարների վերադարձի չեղարկման մասին «լուրերի» ճշգրտման համար:
Այդ առնչությամբ ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունը անհրաժեշտ է համարում պարզաբանել, որ «Եկամտային հարկի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում եկամտային հարկի վերադարձը դադարեցնող որևէ նախաձեռնություն չկա և չի էլ նախատեսվում: Դեռ ավելին. եթե 2015 թվականի ընթացքում ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության կողմից 1013 դեպքով վերադարձվել է հիպոթեքային վարկի սպասարկման համար վճարված տոկոսների գումարների չափով վճարված 273.965,7 հազար դրամ եկամտային հարկի գումար, ապա 2016 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից մինչև փետրվարի 23-ը (ներառյալ) ժամանակահատվածում արդեն իսկ վարկառուներին (համավար կառուներին) 694 դեպքով վերադարձվել է 230.710,8 հազար դրամ գումար: Ընդ որում, 2015 թվականի չորրորդ եռամսյակի ընթացքում վճարված տոկոսների գումարների չափով եկամտային հարկի գումարների վերադարձման գործընթացը դեռևս ընթացքի մեջ է:
Գործընթացում ներգրավված վարկառուների և համավարկառուների ընդհանուր թիվն առ 23.02.2016թ. կազմում է 780 մարդ:
Ակնհայտ է, որ եկամտային հարկի վերադարձվող գումարներն ըստ եռամսյակների աստիճանաբար աճում են»:
