Աբովյանի ծննդատանը փրկել են 50-ամյա կնոջ՝ հեռացնելով 12 կգ կշռող ուռուցքը (լուսանկար)

Կոտայքի մարզի Աբովյան քաղաքի ծննդատանը բժիշկները վիրահատել և փրկել են 50-ամյա կնոջ կյանքը՝ հեռացնելով 12 կգ կշող ուռուցքը, տեղեկացնում է Առողջապահության նախարարության մամուլի ծառայությունը:
2015 թվականի հուլիսի 8-ին Աբովյանի ծննդատուն է ընդունվել Նոր Գեղի համայնքի 50 տարեկան Ջ. Ս.-ն՝ ծանր վիճակում` արյունահոսություն, գիտակցության կորուստ, հեմոռագիկ շոկ: Կնոջ մոտ անմիջապես ախտորոշվել է արգանդի խոշոր չափերի միոմա: Հանրապետության գլխավոր մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգ Ռազմիկ Աբրահամյանի հետ խորհրդակցելուց հետո որոշվել է առաջին հերթին իրականացնել անհետաձգելի, վիճակը կայունացնող ինֆուզիոն-տրանսֆիզիոն բուժում։
Արյան և արյան փոխարինիչների ներարկման արդյունքում հիվանդի վիճակը կայունացվել է։ Այնուհետև կատարվել է վիրահատություն, կնոջ որովայնից հեռացվել է 12 կգ քաշով հսկայական ուռուցք: Հետվիրահատական շրջանում շարունակվել է ինտենսիվ բուժումը: Կինը դեռևս գտնվում է ծննդատանը, վիճակը մոտ է բավարարին:
Նախարարին հասցեագրած նամակում նա շնորհակալություն է հայտնում ծննդատան բուժանձնակազմին` առաջին հերթին բաժնի վարիչ Սլավիկ Օհանյանին և անեսթեզիոլոգ Ալբերտ Մնացականյանին, ովքեր իրեն երկրորդ կյանք են պարգևել: Երախտիքի խոսքեր է հղել նաև ծննդատան տնօրեն Լարիսա Մադոյանին` հոգատարության համար։ Ապաքինվող կինն իր խորին շնորհակալությունն է հայտնում ծննդատան ամբողջ կոլեկտիվին։
Արտառոց այս դեպքը բժիշկներին պարտադրել է դիմել բոլոր կանանց` հորդորելով առավել հոգատար և ուշադիր գտնվել սեփական առողջության հանդեպ։ Ջ. Ս.-ն 10 տարի իրեն հիվանդ է համարել, պարբերաբար արյունահոսություն է ունեցել, որովայնի չափերը գնալով մեծացել են, սակայն երբևէ բժիշկի չի դիմել: Բժիշկները բոլոր կանանց հորդորում են տարին մեկ անգամ դիմել տեղամասային մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգին մասնագիտական զննում և կանխարգելիչ հետազոտություններ անցնելու համար: Դրանք բացառապես իրականացվում են անվճար` պետական պատվերի շրջանակում:
ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը միաժամանակ հիշեցնում է, որ արտահիվանդանոցային առաջնային բուժօգնության բոլոր կազմակերպություններում ոչ վարակիչ հիվանդությունների, այդ թվում` արգանդի պարանոցի քաղցկեղի կանխարգելմանն ու վաղ հայտնաբերմանն ուղղված սկրինինգային ծրագրի շրջանակում անվճար իրականացվում են ՊԱՊ քսուկի հետազոտություններ։
Հորդորում ենք ցանկացած հիվանդագին նշանի դեպքում անմիջապես դիմել բժշկի, ինչը կնվազեցնի հիվանդության հետագա զարգացման ռիսկը:
