Ինչպես ունենալ երիտասարդ ու հարթ մաշկով ոտքեր

Ոտքերը միշտ հարկավոր է հետևել: Դրանք միշտ խնդրահարույց են՝ մերթ անցանկալի մազեր են հայտնվում, մերթ՝ «նարնջի կեղև» կամ անոթներն են ցցվում, որոնց դեմ դժվար է պայքարել:
Սակայն պետք չէ հուսահատվել ու զգեստապահարանից հավաքել բոլոր կիսաշրջազգեստները:
Անոթային աստղիկներ
Կանանց 50 տոկոսի մոտ 50 տարեկանից հետո հայտնաբերվում են կապտավուն անոթներ, որոնք գտնվում են ազդրերի ու սրունքների մաշկի տակ, ինչից հետո ոտքերի մաշկը նմանվում է ճանապարհային քարտեզի:
Անոթային աստղիկների առաջացման ռիսկի գործոնների թվում նշվում է ժառանգականությունը, ճարպակալումը, երկար կանգնած աշխատելը:
Արագ լուծում: Մարմնի սփրեյը՝ պիգմենտներով կամ մարմնի տոնային կրեմը կօգնեն թաքցնել կապույտ անոթները:
Բուժում: Անոթների աստղիկների «ոսկե» ստանդարտը համարվում է սկլերոթերապիան, որի ժամանակ յուրաքանչյուր անոթի մեջ ներարկվում է հատուկ նյութ: Բուժված անոթները մի քանի շաբաթ անց դալկանում են, սակայն պատրաստ եղեք, որ թերապիան մի քանի սեանս կպաահանջի, ինչը էժան հաճույք չէ: Բացի այդ՝ երակների լայնացում ունենալու դեպքում հարկավոր է խորհրդակցել վիրաբույժի հետ ավելի արմատական բուժման համար:
Մազեր՝ ոտքերին
Տարիքի հետ ոտքերի մազերը պակասում են, սակայն մի՛ շտապեք ուրախանալ՝ տարիների հետ մաշկը չորանում է, իսկ մազերը սափրելը կարող է գրգռել մաշկը:
Արագ լուծում: Սափրելուց առաջ խոնավեցրեք մաշկը՝ քսելով կոնդիցիոներ կամ գել: Ոտքերը սափրեք առավոտյան, երբ դրանք քիչ են այտուցված:
Խնդրի երկարաժամկետ լուծում: Ժամանակակից լազերային էպիլյացիան արագ ու անցավ պրոցեդուրա է: Շուկայում հայտնվել են սարքեր այդ պրոցեդուրան տնային պայմաններում ինքնուրույն կատարելու համար:
Ցելյուլիտ
Սարսափելի է՝ կանանց 85%-ը ցելյուլիտ ունի: Տարիքի հետ այն միայն խորանում է, քանի որ միավորող հյուսվածը թուլանում է, իսկ ճարպը հեշտ է «անցնում» հյուսվածքի միջով:
Արագ լուծում: Տեոֆիլլինով կամ կոֆեինով լոսյոնները կօգնեն արագ մաշկը դարձնել հարթ՝ պատրաստ կարևոր միջոցառմանը: Ավելի լավ էֆեկտի հասնելու համար քսեք պիգմենտային սփրեյ ոտքերի համար:
Լազերային տեխնոլոգիաները օգնում են հեռացնել ավելորդ ճարպն ու քայքայել միավորող մազիկները, որոնց պատճառով ճարպը բաժանվում է բջիջների: Անհրաժեշտ է լազերային բուժման ընդամենը 1 կուրս, սակայն այն չափազանց թանկ է: Ավելի բյուջետային տարբերակ է էնդերմոլոգիան, այսինքն՝ լիպոմերսումը:
