Ալյուրը, շաքարավազը, կակաոն, աղը, վանիլինը խառնել և մաղով անցկացնել: Մեկ ուրիշ ամանի մեջ տաք ջուրը խառնել սուրճին, վանիլին ավելացնել և նաև բուսայուղ: Խառնուրդը միացնել ալյուրի զանգվածին, ավելացնել քացախով սոդան և փափկած կարագը: Ստացվում է թթվասերի թանձրության խմոր: Այն լցնել կաղապարի մեջ և դնել 180 աստիճանի ջեռոցը 40 -50 րոպեով: Կրեմի կաթը և շաքարավազը դնել կրակին: Միջին ուժգնության կրակի վրա խառնելով եռացնել: Օսլան կամ ալյուրը խառնել կակաոյին, վրան լցնել մնացած 200 գ սառը կաթը, խառնել այնքան, որ գնդիկներ չմնան: Երբ կաթը եռա, ավելացնել կակաոյով կաթնային խառնուրդը: Անընդհատ խառնելով եփել, մինչև թանձրանա: Թողնել, որ հովանա, մինչև այդ հարել կարագը: Հարելուն զուգընթաց քիչ-քիչ ավելացնել կաթնային եփված կրեմը: Խմորը կիսել հորիզոնական կտրվածքով, կրեմ քսել, դնել երկրորդ շերտը, տորթի կողքերն ու վերին մասը ևս կրեմապատել:
