Ազգային ժողովում մեկնարկել է խորհրդարանական քառօրյայի հերթական նիստը: Գրանցվել է 103 պատգամավոր: Նիստի մեկնարկին քվեարկության կդրվեն նախորդ օրը քննարկված հարցերը:
Փետրվարի 24-ի նիստում պատգամավորները քննարկել են «Պետական տուրքի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը, որով առաջարկվում է ոչ սակագնային կարգավորումների համար ԵՏՄ տարածք երրորդ երկրներից ներմուծվող եւ ՀՀ-ից երրորդ երկրներ արտահանվող ապրանքների համար սահմանել 1000 դրամ նվազագույն շեմ, որպեսզի լրացուցիչ բեռ չառաջանա տնտեսվարողների համար:
Այնուհետև խորհրդարանը քննարկել է «Դրամարկղային գործառնությունների մաuին» ՀՀ օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը, որի նպատակն է վերանայել ՀՀ տարածքում օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների կողմից կատարվող գնումների դեպքում կանխիկ վճարումների համար կիրառվող սահմանափակումները:
Պատգամավորներն այնուհետեւ քննարկել են 2015 թվականի հունիսի 15-ին ստորագրված «Եվրասիական տնտեսական ընկերակցության հակաճգնաժամային հիմնադրամի հիմնադրման մասին» 2009 թվականի հունիսի 9-ի պայմանագրում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին» արձանագրությունը: Փոփոխության նպատակն է «Եվրասիական տնտեսական ընկերակցության հակաճգնաժամային հիմնադրամը» վերանվանել «Կայունացման եւ զարգացման եվրասիական հիմնադրամ»: Փոփոխությամբ նախատեսվում է նաեւ, որ հիմնադրամի քարտուղարության գործառույթները կվերապահվեն Եվրասիական զարգացման բանկ ին, իսկ հիմնադրամի ավանդապահի գործառույթները՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտաքին գործերի նախարարությանը:
Պատգամավորներն առաջին ընթերցմամբ քննարկել են նաեւ կառավարության հեղինակած «Խաղաղ նպատակներով ատոմային էներգիայի անվտանգ օգտագործման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում լրացում եւ փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին» եւ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ստուգումների կազմակերպման եւ անցկացման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին» օրինագծերի փաթեթը: Փաթեթի ընդունումը հնարավորություն կտա ատոմային էներգիայի օգտագործման բնագավառում իրականացվող ստուգումների գործընթացը համապատասխանեցնել միջազգային պայմանագրերով սահմանված չափանիշն երին` միաժամանակ ապահովելով ՀՀ կողմից ստանձնած պարտավորությունների կատարումը:
