Արտաշատի ԲԿ-ում նորածնի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ նորածնի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ։ Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ Մակար Անտոնյանից ստացվեÕ ¬ է գրավոր հաղորդում առ այն, որ կինը 2015թ. հունիսին հղիացել է և 2016թ. հունվարի 30-ին տեղափոխվել «Արտաշատ» բժշկական կենտրոնի ծննդատուն, որտեղ նույն օրը ծննդաբերել է, սակայն ծնունդ ընդունող բժիշկ, մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգի կողմից իր մասնագիտական պարտականություները ոչ պատշաճ կատարելու հետևանքով նորածինն ստացել է գլխի, ողնաշարի փակ բութ վնասվածք, սուբարախնոիդալ և սուբդուրալ արյունազեղումներ։
Նորածինը տեղափոխվել է «Մուրացան» Բ/Կ, որտեղ հիշյալ վնասվածքների հետևանքով 2016թ. փետրվարի 7-ին մահացել է:
Նկատի ունենալով, որ հաղորդման հիման վրա նախապատրաստած նյութերն առերևույթ պարունակում են ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 130-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով նախատեսված հանցագործության հատկանիշներ՝ Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ և ուղարկվել ըստ քննչական ենթակայության։ Քրեական գործով նախաքննությունը կշարունակվի ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության վարույթում:
