Գերմանիայի խորհրդարանը հավանություն տվեց միգրացիոն օրենքների հերթական փաթեթին

Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագը (խորհրդարանը) հավանություն Է տվել այն օրենքների փաթեթին, որոնք նախատեսում են երկրի միգրացիոն օրենսդրության խստացում: Անվանական քվեարկության ընթացքում դրա պաշտանությամբ հանդես Է եկել 429 պատգամավոր, 147-ը դեմ են քվեարկել, չորս պատգամավոր ձռնպահ Է մնացել:
Այսպես կոչված «միգրացիոն փաթեթ-2»-ի հիմնական դրույթները Գերմանիայում կառավարող կոալիցիան համաձայնեցրել Է տակավին անցյալ տարվա նոյեմբերի սկզբին: Այն նախատեսում Է, մասնավորապես, որ միգրանտների որոշակի խմբեր, որոնք, ամենից առաջ, ժամանել են Բեռլինի կողմից «անվտանգ» ճանաչված երկրներից, կտեղավորվեն հատուկ հիմնարկություններում, որտեղ նրանց խնդրագրերը կքննարկվեն արագացված ռեժիմով:
Այն միգրանտները, որոնք ԳՖՀ-ում օգտվում են սահմանափակ, այսպես կոչված «սուբսիդավորված» պաշտպանությունից, կարող են իրենց ընտանիքները Գերմանիա կանչել սոսկ երկու տարի հետո: Օրենքով նաեւ նախատեսվում Է, որ եթե միգրանտը Գերմանիա Է ժամանում եւ այստեղ հաջողությամբ ավարտում Է պրոֆեսիոնալ ուսուցումը, ապա նա կարող Է հետագայում առնվազն երկու տարի աշխատել ԳՖՀ-ում: Ինտեգրացիոն դասընթացների վարձը գրեթե ամբողջովին կվճարի Գերմանիայի պետությունը, միգրանտը կվճարի ամսական ընդամենը 10 եվրո, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
