Ինչպես հասկանալ, որ ձեզ խաբում են

Կա ստի երկու ձև` լռելն ու խեղաթյուրելը,-գրում է Past.am-ը:
Լռելիս, թաքցնում են ճիշտ տեղեկատվությունը, իսկ խեղաթյուրելիս, ոչ միայն թաքցնում են, այլ նաև դրա փոխարեն, ներկայացնում են սխալ տեղեկատվություն: Իսկ լռելու և խեղաթյուրելու համադրությունից ստեղծվում է խաբեությունը:
Լռելը ստի պասիվ ձևն է: Մեղքի զգացումը այստեղ ավելի քիչ է: Սուտն ավելի հաճախ ուղեկցվում է երեք հույզերով` մատնվելու վախ, մեղքի զգացում սեփական ստի համար, հիացմունք, որը զգում է սուտասանը հաջողության դեպքում:
Վախը, մատնվելու համար, ավելի մեծ է հետևյալ դեպքերում` զոհը հեղինակավոր մարդ է, Զոհը սկսում է ինչ-որ բան կասկածել խաբեբան քիչ փորձ ունի, կոնին շատ բարձր արժեքներ են դրված, ստի բացահայտման դեպքում պատիժը շատ մեծ է, զոհի սուտը օգտակար չէ, խղճի խայթը մեծանում է, երբ սուտը շատ էգոիստիկ է, զոհը այդտեղ կորցնում է այնքան, որքան ձեռք է բերում սուտասողը, սուտասանը երկար ժամանակ պրակտիկա չի ունեցել սուտ ասելու գործում, սուտասանն ու զոհը ունեն միևնույն սոցիալական հետաքրքրությունները, սուտասանը անձամբ ծանոթ է զոհին, զոհին դժվար է մեղադրել բացասական որակների և ավելորդ վստահության մեջ, զոհը պատճառ ունի կասկածել խաբեությունը, սուտասանը չի ուզում խաբեբա լինել:
Խաբեությամբ հիացմունքը մեծանում է, երբ Զոհը իրեն գռեհիկ է պահում և մտածում է, որ իրեն ոչ ոք չի կարող խաբել, Սուտը հանդես է գալիս որպես մարտահրավեր: Լավ հիշողություն ունենալը կարևոր է, քանի որ մեկ-երկու օր հետո կարող ես լրիվ ուրիշ բան պատմել:
Սուտը մատնում է ամեն խոսքը կշռադատելը, խոսքի մեջ առկա դադարները, արտահայտվելիս նկատելի զգուշությունը և խոսքի ժամանակ քունքի և ունքերի լարվածությունը: Իսկ խոսելու ընթացքում հոնքերը վեր բարձրացնելը համարվում է անվստահության և սկեպտիցիզմի նշան դիմացինի հանդեպ: Հայացքը նույնպես վերլուծում են սուտ բացահայտող վարպետները, որպեսզի պարզեն, թե ինչ կոնկրետ հույզ է զգում տվյալ պահին սուտասանը:Քանի որ, եթե հայացքը իջնում է ներքև, ուրեմն դիմացինը տխրություն է զգում, եթե կողք` զզվանք, իսկ ներքև և կողք`մեղքի և ամոթի զգացում:
Շուրթերը սեղմելը համարվում է զայրույթի նշան: Աչքերի վերլուծությունը ստի բացահայտման մեջ միշտ էլ առաջնային դեր է ունեցել, քանի որ աչքերը մարդու հոգու հայելին են: Վեգետատիվ նյարդային համակարգի կողմից կառավարվող բիբերի ռեֆլեքսը չի վերահսկվում և աչքերի թարթումը նույնպես: Բայց լայնացած բիբերը կարող են նշան լինել հուզական ցանկացած այլ գրգռվածության: Դրա հետևում կարող է կանգնած լինի զայրույթը, զարմանքը կամ վախը:
