2. Որոշակի սննդային ալերգիաները կարող են հանգեցնել կրկնակզակի առաջացման և փքվածության: Սա ազդանշան է, որ մարսողական համակարգը լավ վիճակում չէ:

3. Փոփոխելով ձեր սննդակարգը և վարելով առողջ  ապրելակերպ՝ կարող եք ազատվել կրկնակզակից:  Ավելի շատ բանջարեղեն և մրգեր օգտագործեք, ինչպես նաև վիտամիններ, և նվազեցրեք  աղի և շաքարի քանակը:  Մեծ քանակությամբ մանրաթելեր «կերեք», որպեսզի ազատվեք խոլեստերինից և ավելորդ հեղուկից:

4. Գոյություն ունեն վարժություններ, որոնք օգնում են ազատվել կրկնակզակից և գեր դեմքից:  Հիշեք, յուրաքանչյուր վարժություն պետք է կատարել 20 անգամ:

5. Պարանոցի վարժություններ կատարեք: Ուղղեք պարանոցը՝ գլուխը բարձրացնելով կրծքավանդակից դեպի վեր՝ որքան հնարավոր է՝ արագ:  Այնուհետև գլուխը ետ տարեք, այնքան, որքան կկարողանաք և նայեք առաստաղին՝ բերանը թեթևակի բաց, որպեսզի զգաք, թե ինչպես են ձգվում պարանոցի մկաններն ու ուղղվում: 10 վայրկյան անց գլուխը բերեք իր սովորական դիրքին: Կատարեք այս վարժությունն օրական առնվազն 10 անգամ:
