Իհարկե, լիարժեք հանգստի ու լիցքաթափվելու համար, օրեր ամիսներ են պետք, սակայն երբեմն մենք դրա ժամանակը չունենք: Past.am-ն առաջարկում է մեթոդներ` մի քանի վայրկյանում կազդուրվելու, հանգստանալու և ինքնատիրապետումն ապահովելու համար:

Դրա համար հարկավոր է ճիշտ և հավասարակշռված շնչառությունը համատեղել ճիշտ մտքերի հետ: Նախ` թուլացեք: Դանդաղ շունչ քաշեք, ապա արտաշնչեք: Հետո մեկ անգամ էլ շատ դանդաղ քթով շնչեք-արտաշնչեք: Զգացեք՝ ինչպես է օդը լցվում կրծքավանդակ, ապա՝ որովայն: Այնուհետև նորից անցեք սովորական շնչառության տեմպին, ապա ձեռքերը պահեք փորի հատվածում: Ափը դրեք փորի ներքևի հատվածում եւ խորը շունչ քաշեք: Զգացեք՝ ինչպես է ափը բարձրանում: Ապա դանդաղ արտաշնչեք՝ զգալով ինչպես է ձեռքն իջնում փորի մկաններին համընթաց:

Գիտակցեք, որ դուք շնչում եք հանգստություն. փակեք աչքերը: Դանդաղ շունչ քաշեք՝ պատկերացնելով, թե ինչպես է օդի հետ միասին մարմինը լցվում աստվածային հանգստությամբ: Ապա դանդաղ արտաշնչեք՝ պատկերացնելով, թե ինչպես է օդի հետ Ձեր միջից դուրս գալիս նաև լարվածությունը: Կարելի է անգամ մտքում կրկնել. «Ես շնչում եմ հանգստություն, արտաշնչում՝ լարվածություն»:
