ՀՀ դեսպանությունը ՌԴ ԱԳՆ է դիմել Հրաչյա Հարությունյանի հետ հանդիպում կազմակերպելու համար

 ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպան Օլեգ Եսայանի հանձնարարությամբ փետրվարի 26-ին ստեղծվել է աշխատանքային խումբ` ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանության, ինչպես նաև դեսպանությանը կից գործող ՀՀ իրավասու մարմինների մասնակցությամբ` ՌԴ Տամբովի մարզի հ.3 Ուղղիչ հիմնարկում պատիժը կրող ՀՀ քաղաքացի Հրաչյա Հարությունյանի  առողջական վիճակի շուրջ` իր կնոջ հոր կողմից ՀՀ Արդարադատության նախարարությանը, այնուհետև ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարությանը և ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանությ անը հայտնած,  ինչպես նաև Hayeli.am կայքում հրատարակված նյութում (25.02.2016) արծարծված հրատապ հարցերի իսկությունը պարզելու և դրանցից բխող քայլեր ձեռնարկելու նպատակով:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանությունից, աշխատանքային խումբը կապ է հաստատել ՌԴ Տամբովի մարզի հ.3 ուղղիչ հիմնարկի ղեկավարության և բուժսպասարկման կենտրոնի ներկայացուցիչների հետ: Ըստ ստացված տեղեկատվության` քաղաքացի Հարությունյանը, ելնելով որոշ առողջական գանգատներից, վերջերս անցել է հանգամանալից բժշկական զննում տեղի շրջանային հիվանդանոցի բուժանձնակազմի կողմից: Համաձայն բժշկական եզրակացության, քաղաքացու կյանքին սպառնացող առողջական լուրջ խնդիրներ չեն հայտնաբերվել, անհապաղ հոսպիտալացման անհրաժեշտություն չի եղել: Ինչպես դեսպանությանը հայտնել են ուղղիչ հիմնարկից, վերոնշյալ հարցազրույցում արծարծված այլ խնդիրների մասին պատիժը կրող քաղաքացին երբևէ չի հայտնել հիմնարկի ղեկավարությանը:

«Հայտնում ենք նաև, որ ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանությունը հայտագրով դիմել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ, ինչպես նաև Տամբովի հ. 3 ուղղիչ հիմնարկ` Հրաչյա Հարությունյանի հետ դեսպանության ներկայացուցիչների հանդիպումը կազմակերպելու համար:

Հավելենք, որ մինչ օրս ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանությունը որևէ բողոք Հ.Հարությունյանից կամ նրա հարազատների կողմից չի ստացել: Հարկ է նշել, որ Տամբովի մարզի հ. 3 ուղղիչ հիմնարկի ղեկավարության միջնորդությամբ և համաձայն իր դիմումի` ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանությունը ս/թ. փետրվարի 8-ին անձնագրավորել է Հ.Հարությունյանին:

Այլ տեղեկությունների մասին կհայտնենք լրացուցիչ»,- նշված է ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանության հաղորդագրության մեջ:

Հրաչյա Հարությունյանի վարած բեռնատարը 2013 թվականի հուլիսի 13-ին բախվել էր Պոդոլսկից Կուրիլովո ուղևորվող 64 ուղևոր տեղափոխող ավտոբուսին: Պատահարի հետևանքով զոհվել էր 18 մարդ, տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներ ստացել 40-ը: Մոսկվայի Տրոիցկի դատարանի կողմից մեղավոր ճանաչված Հրաչյա Հարությունյանը դատապարտվել է  6 տարի 9 ամիս ազատազրկման:
