38-ամյա Արմինե Խաչատրյանի գործը, ով սպանել էր ամուսնու մանկահասակ դստերը, հասել է դատարան: Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա անմեղսունակության վիճակում 2008թ. մարտ ամսին, դեռևս չպարզված օրը, իր ամուսին Հ. Հարությունյանի և Ա. Կարապետյանի մանկահասակ դստերը` 1-ամյա Մ. Հարությունյանին ապօրինաբար, դիտավորությամբ կյանքից զրկելու նպատակով քարով հարվածել է Մ. Հարությունյանի գլխին և սպանել նրան: Խափանման միջոց ընտրվել է հսկողության հանձնելը: Այս մասին SHAMSHYAN.com-ը տեղեկացավ Արագածոտնի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանից: Գործը քննելու է դատավոր Սերգեյ Մարաբյանը:

Առաջիկայում կնշանակվի դատական քննության օրը: Ավելի վաղ ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը հայտնել էր, որ ոստիկանության ՔՀԲ 3-րդ վարչության աշխատակիցները՝ վարչության պետ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Նելլի Դուրյանի գլխավորությամբ ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնի և Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչության հետ համատեղ օպերատիվ տվյալներ էին ստացել այն մասին, որ Աշտարակ քաղաքի Վանա Լճի փողոցին կից հանդամասում՝ գետնափորում, ոմն Հակոբի և նրա կնոջ հետ միասին բնակվող ոմն Անժելան 2008 թվականի դեկտեմբեր ամսին ծննդաբերել էր իգական սեռի երեխա, որին չպարզված հանգամանքներում սպանել էր ոմն Հակոբի կին Արմինեն, իսկ Անժելան և Հակոբը թաղել էին երեխային նշված գետնափորի հարևանությամբ: Հաշվի առնելով հանցագործության վտանգավորության աստիճանը՝ ժամանել էր նաև Արագածոտնի մարզի դատախազի պաշտոնակատար Գագիկ Հարությունյանը:

Փաստի առթիվ Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչության հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Կարեն Կարապետյանի որոշմամբ հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր.օր.-ի 104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով: Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ ոմն Հակոբը հանդիսանում էր Աշտարակ քաղաքի Միկոյան 57 հասցեում հաշվառված 42-ամյա Հակոբ Հարությունյանը, Արմինեն՝ նրա կինը՝ հաշվառված Աշտարակ քաղաքի Տիգրան Մեծի 25/բ շենքում, 38-ամյա Ա. Խաչատրյանը, իսկ Անժելան՝ Աշտարակ քաղաքի Տիգրան Մեծի 25/բ շենքի բնակիչ, 35-ամյա Անժելա Կարապետյանը: Ըստ տեղեկությունների՝ երեխայի մայրն ու հայրը Երևան էին գնացել, և երեխայի խնամքը թողել Արմինեի և Հակոբի մորը, սակայն երբ երեխան սկսել էր լաց լինել, Արմինեն քարով հարվածել էր երեխային՝ պատճառելով մահ, որից հետո բրդյա շորերով փաթաթել էր երեխային, իսկ Անժելան և Հակոբը թաղել էին երեխային: Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
