Արթրիտ- Մեծ բաժակի մեջ ջուր լցրեք, ավելացրեք 2ճ/գ մեղր և 1թ/գ դարչինի փոշի: Ստացված խառնուրդը խմեք օրական 2անգամ՝ առավոտյան և երեկոյան: Կանոնավոր օգտագործման դեպքում կբուժեք քրոնիկ արթրիտը:
Ստամոքսի ցավեր- Դարչինի հետ համադրելիս՝ մեղրը կարող է բուժել ստամոքսի ցավերը: Կանոնավոր կերպով օգտագործեք այս հրաշք համադրությունը՝ ստամոքսի խոցը վերացնելու համար:
Սրտի հիվանդություններ- Մեղրի և դարչինի մածուկ պատրաստեք: Տարածեք մեկ կտոր հացի վրա և կանոնավոր կերպով կերեք առավոտյան: Այս համեղ նախաճաշը կնվազեցնի արյան մեջ խոլեստերինի մակարդակն ու կկանխարգելի սրտի կաթվածը:
Իմունային համակարգ- Դարչինի և մեղրի համադրությունը՝ կանոնավոր օգտագործելու դեպքում, կլավացնի իմունային համակարգն ու կպաշտպանի օրգանիզմը վիրուսներից ու բակտերիաներից:
Մրսածության դեպքում- Եթե մրսել եք, 1 ճաշի գդալ մեղրը խառնեք քառորդ թեյի գդալ դարչինով, ստացված խառնուրդն օգտագործեք 3 օր շարունակ: Սա կբուժի մրսածությունը, քրոնիկ հազը:
Բերանի տհաճ հոտ– 1 ճաշի գդալ մեղրն ու մեկ թեյի գդալ դարչինը խառնեք իրար և ստացված խառնուրդը խմեք առավոտյան: Սա կօգնի թարմ պահել բերանի խոռոչն ամբողջ օրվա ընթացքում:
Խոլեստերին- 2 ճ/գ մեղրին ավելացրեք 3 թեյի գդալ դարչին: Այս խառնուրդը խմելուց 2 ժամ անց խոլեստերինի մակարդակը կնվազի 10%-ով:
