Քննիչները քրեական գործ են հարուցել սպանության մեղադրանքով հետախուզվողի տունը հրկիզելու դեպքով

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ սպանության մեղադրանքով հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող Ա.Կախյանի տունը հրկիզելու դեպքի առթիվ։
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, փետրվարի 27-ի ժամը 07.25-ին, Լոռու մարզի Վահագնի գյուղի բնակչից ահազանգել է ստացվել, որ այրվում է նույն գյուղում գտնվող, Ա.Կախյանին պատկանող տունը։ Վերջինս Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով 2016 թվականի փետրվարի 22-ից գտնվում է հետախուզման մեջ՝ սպանության մեղադրանքով։
Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ պարզվել է, որ տունը երկհարկանի է, այրվել է 2-րդ հարկի մի հատվածն իր գույքով: Նույն հարկի ննջասենյակներից մեկում հայտնաբերվել են 0,5 լ տարողությամբ ապակյա շշով, բենզինի հոտով հեղուկ, քարի կտորներ, որոնցով ջարդվել են ննջարանի պատուհանները, իսկ առաջին հարկի պատի տակ` կտորե լաթերով փաթաթված փայտի կտորներ: 2-րդ հարկի միջանցքում հայտնաբերվել են նաև այրված «РПК» տեսակի զենքի նմանվող մետաղյա իրան, 3 դատարկ պահունակ, 1 զսպանակ և ինքնաձիգի կրակված փամփուշտների 58 պարկուճ:
Դեպքի առթիվ 2016 թվականի փետրվարի 27-ին Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 185-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ (հրկիզման եղանակով գույքի դիտավորյալ ոչնչացում):
Նշանակվել են համալիր դատահրդեհատեխնիկական, դատաապրանքագիտական, ինչպես նաև դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ, կազմվել է հանցագործության բացահայտման ուղղությամբ համատեղ ձեռնարկվելիք քննչական գործողությունների և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների պլան, հանձնարարություններ են տրվել հետաքննության մարմնին, հանցագործության բացահայտման ուղղությամբ կատարվում են լայնածավալ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ:
Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցվածչէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
