ՏՏ լիդերներն առաջարկում են կենսաթոշակային ապահովագրության վճարներն ուղղել ոլորտում ներդրումներին

Տեղեկատվական և հեռահաղորդակցական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտի մասնագետները կենսաթոշակային ապահովագրության վճարները ոլորտում ներդնելու առաջարկով են հանդես գալիս: Հարցը լայն քննարկման դրվեց ՏՀՏ լիդերների հերթական հանդիպման ժամանակ, որը կայացավ փետրվարի 27-ին:«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` լրագրողների հետ զրույցում առաջարկը ներկայացրեց Ինֆորմացիոն տեխնոլոգիաների ձեռնարկությունների միության փոխտնօրեն Հայկ Չոբանյանը: Նրա խոսքով` ՏՏ ոլորտում ներդրումային ծավալն այսօր շատ ցածր է` չնայած, որ ոլորտի զարգացման համար այն շատ կարևոր խթան կարող է լինել: «Դրա համար շատ կարևոր է մեծացնել ոլորտում ինչպես բիզնես, այնպես էլ անհատական ներդրումների չափը: Քանի որ ՏՏ ոլորտում հիմնական աշխատակազմը երիտասարդներ են, ովքեր խնդիր ունեն հիպոթեքային շուկայում ներգրավվելու հետ կապված, իսկ էժան ու երկարաժամկետ փողերը շատ օգտակար կլինեն նրանց համար»,-ասաց Չոբանյանը` ավելացնելով, որ ՏՏ ընկերությունների շրջանում բանկային գործիքները պոպուլյալ չեն, քանի որ թանկ են, իսկ բարձր տոկոսները կործանարար կարող են լինել:
Նա նկատեց, որ դաշտում վարկային միության կամ կոոպերատիվի ստեղծման խոշոր հնարավորություն են տեսնում, որտեղ առաջարկում են ներգրավել նաև կենսաթոշակային ապահովագրության վճարները: «2015-ին ՏՏ ոլորտում շրջանառությունը 550 միլիոն դոլար է կազմել, իսկ դրա մոտ 60 տոկոսը աշխատավարձերն են: Դրանց 5-10(5 տոկոսը պետությունն է տալիս) տոկոսը սոցապահովության վճարներն են: Մեր առաջարկն է, որպեսզի քննարկվի որևէ հարթակի ստեղծման գաղափարը, որ այս գումարները` տարեկան առնվազն 16.5 միլիոն դոլար, ուղղվեն տեխնոլոգիական ոլորտի ներդրումներին»,-նշեց Հայկ Չոբանյանը` հավելելով, որ դա լուրջ խթան կլինի ոլորտի զարգացման համար:
