Լուսանի քայլք
Կարևոր է, թե ինչպես եք շարժում ձեռքերը, իրանը, ինչպես եք դնում ոտքերը, որքանով են հարմար կոշիկները: Մշտապես բարձրակրունկ կոշիկներ հագնելը ցանկալի չէ, քանի որ ոտքն անբնական վիճակում է: Եթե կոշիկը նեղ է, այն ձևափոխում է ոտնաթաթը, իսկ քայլելն այդպիսի կոշիկներով հարմար չէ:
Թեթև քայլք
Հաստ տակերով և սուր ծայրով կոշիկներով քայլվածքը դառնում է անփույթ, թափթփված: Բժիշկները խորհուրդ են տալիս ամենօրյա օգտագործման համար կրել 4 սանտիմետր բարձրությամբ կրունկով կոշիկ: Դրանցով քայլվածքը դառնում է թռչկոտող, թեթև, էներգիայով լի:
Կանացի քայլք
Մանր բացվածքով արագ քայլեք: Սա ամենամատչելի վարժությունն է գեղեցիկ քայլվածք ունենալու համար: Այն ոչ միայն կանացի է, այլև օգտակար առողջության համար: Այսպիսի վարժությունների շնորհիվ օդափոխվում են թոքերը, լավանում է արյան շրջանառությունը:
Ճոճվող քայլք
Ձեռքերը դրեք կոնքերին, արմունկները հետ տարեք: Կանգնեք մատների ծայրերի վրա և այս դիրքով 1 րոպե քայլեք: Դրանից հետո 1 րոպե քայլեք «թեթև քայլքով»` ճոճվելով մատների ծայրերից դեպի ոտնաթաթը, ծալելով ծնկները:
Անկայուն քայլք
Ձախ ոտքով սահեք առաջ, միաժամանակ բարձրացեք աջ ոտքի մատների վրա և մարմնի ծանրությունը փոխադրեք մատներից ոտնաթաթին` այդ ընթացքում ծալելով ծնկները:
Պարուրային քայլք
Անհրաժեշտ է բարձրանալ մատների ծայրերին, ապա քայլ անելով` իջնել թաթերի վրա: Այդ ընթացքում պետք է արագ ծալել և բացել ծնկները, ապա դարձյալ բարձրանալ մատների ծայրերին: Այս վարժությունը պետք է կրկնել 25 անգամ:
Գեղեցիկ քայլվածքի համար հրաշալի վարժանք է վալսը: Պարեք 1-2 րոպե երևակայական երիտասարդի հետ:
