Սիրիայում զինադադարի թեման գլխավորն Է ՄԱԿ-ի Մարդու իրավունքների խորհրդի՝ Ժնեւում բացվող նստաշրջանում

ՄԱԿ-ի Մարդու իրավունքների խորհուրդը (ՄԻԽ) փետրվարի 29-ին Ժնեւում սկսում Է իր 31-րդ նստաշրջանը: Աշխատանքի չորս շաբաթվա ընթացքում ՄԱԿ-ի միջկառավարական մարմինը, որն այս տարի նշում Է 10-ամյա հոբելյանը, կքննարկի բազմաթիվ թեմաներ, որոնք վերաբերում են ա շխարհի գործնականում բոլոր իրավապաշտպան ասպեկտներին:
Սակայն նստաշրջանի առաջին օրերին թիվ մեկ թեման, անտարակույս, կդառնա Սիրիան: Խորհրդի, որի կազմի մեջ մտնում են 47 պետություններ, ներկայիս նիստն առաջին խոշոր միջազգային համաժողովն Է այն պահից ի վեր, երբ քաղաքացիական պատերազմից ծվատվող երկրում սկսեց գործել մարտական գործողությունների դադարեցման ռեժիմը:
Այս իրավիճակում հիմնական ուշադրությունը կբեւեռվի նաեւ այսպես կոչված բարձր մակարդակի սեգմենտին: Դրա շրջանակներում Ժնեւում ՄԱԿ-ի եվրոպական բաժանմունքի ամբիոնից ելույթ կունենան արտաքին գործերի նախարարներ եւ միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ղեկավարներ: Այս առնչությամբ առանձնահատուկ հետաքրքրություն են հարուցում ինչպես տարածաշրջանային խաղորդների, այնպես Էլ այն երկրների ներկայացուցիչների ելույթները, որոնք այս կամ այն չափով ազդեցություն ունեն սիրիական հակամարտության կողմերի վրա, որի զոհ Է դարձել, ամենահամեստ գնահատումներով՝ ավելի քան 250 հազար մարդ:
Այսպես, այսօրվա համար, այլոց թվում, հայտարարվել են Թուրքիայի, Ֆրանսիայի, Քատարի, Իրաքի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունների ղեկավարները, Եվրամիության արտաքին գործերի եւ անվտանգության քաղաքականության գերագույն ներկայացուցիչ Ֆեդերիկա Մոգերինին, ինչպես նաեւ ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Պան Գի Մունը, ՄԱԿ-ի՝ մարդու իրավունքների գերագույն կոմիսար արքայազն Զեիդ Ռաադ Զեիդ Ալ Հուսեյնը: Ռուսաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը Խորհրդին կդիմի մարտի 1-ին:
ՄԻԽ-ի անդամները, բացի Սիրիայից, առանձին կքննարկեն մարդու իրավունքների վիճակը ԿԺԴՀ-ում, Էրիթրեայում, Իրանում եւ Մյանմայում, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
