Նավթային ասեղին գամված Ադրբեջանը ցայտնոտի մեջ է...Իլհամ Ալիևի վարչակարգը տասը տարուց ավել է մսխում էր նավթից և գազից ստացած միլիարդավոր դոլլարները՝ բացարձակ ուշադրություն չդարձնելով տեղական արդյունաբերության զարգացմանը...Սեփական PR-ը կազմակերպելու և "Ադրբեջան" ապրանքանիշն առաջ տանելու համար Ի.Ալիևը իրեն թույլ էր տալիս գնել "Եվրատեսիլ","Եվրոպական Առաջին Օլիմպիադա",Ֆորմուլա 1-ի անցկացման իրավունք,3 միլիրադ դոլլար էր ծախսում մարդասպան Ռ.Սաֆարովին Հունգարիայից գնելու համար և այլն...Միլիարդավոր դոլլարներ էին ծախսվում զենք և զինամթերք գնելու համար...Ալիևին պետք էր ինքնահաստատվել,իսկ ադրբեջանցիներին՝ազատվել պարտված ազգի հոգեբանությունից...Սակայն Ալիևի "հեքիաթը" շատ շուտ ավարտվեց,երբ միջազգային շուկայում նավթի գները 100-ից գահավիժեցին մինչև 30-35 դոլլարի մեկ բարելի դիմաց...Սոցիալ-տնտեսական վիճակը երկրում բավական սրվեց և շատ շրջաններում տեղի ունեցան "սովածների" ելույթներ...Չնայած,Իլհամ Ալիևը փորձում է սեփական հասարակությանը և միջազգային հանրությանը ցույց տալ,որ երկրում ամեն ինչ նույնն է,սակայն այս երկու լուսանկարները ապացուցում են,որ սուլթան Ալիևը նույնիսկ խնայողություններ է անում Բաքվի պարագայում...Բավական երկար ժամանակ է Հարավային Կովկասի ամենալուսավոր քաղաք Բաքուն մթության մեջ է...

Սա նավթի "լուսավոր" և "խավար" կողմերն են...
