2006 թվականին Նյու Յորքում հայտնի հոգեբաններից մեկի հիվանդը նկարեց մի մարդու դեմք, ում նա պարբերաբար տեսնում էր իր երազում: Ըստ կնոջ պատմածի՝ այդ մարդը իր երազներում իրեն տարբեր խորհուրդներ էր տալիս, նա երդվում էր, որ կյանքում երբևէ չի տեսել այդ մարդու դեմքը:
Հոգեբանը կնոջ պատմածներին մոտենում էր որպես հիվանդ մարդու երևակայության և ուշադրություն էր չէր դարձնում նկարին, մինչև այն օրը, երբ նրա հիվանդներից մեկ ուրիշն էլ նկարեց նույն մարդու դեմքը՝ պնդելով, որ այդ անծանոթ մարդը իր երազներում է հայտնվում ու խորհուրդներ տալիս:
Հոգեբանը որոշեց ավելի աչալրջորեն մոտենալ այդ խնդրին և նկարն ուղարկեց տարբեր երկրներում քնի խանգարում ունեցող մարդկանց հետ աշխատող իր կոլեգաներին: Մի քանի ամսում 4 մարդ ճանաչեց այդ մարդու դեմքը:
2006 թվականից մինչև այսօր շուրջ 2000 մարդ իր երազում տեսել է ԱՅԴ ՄԱՐԴՈՒՆ` Լոս Անջելես, Բեռլին, Հռոմ, Բարսելոնա, Փարիզ, Մոսկվա, Դելի և այլն...
Մասնագեները ոչ մի բացատրություն չեն գտնում այս առեղծվածային երևույթին...
