Ես հեղափոխությունների կողմնակից չեմ

Այսօր հերթական անգամ լսեցի այս արտահայտությունը ու այլեւս չեմ դիմանում: Իսկ երբ այլեւս չեմ դիմանում, սկսում եմ զբաղվել ամենաչսիրածս գործով՝ վերլուծություն եմ գրում: Լրիվ հասկանում եմ այն մարդուն, որը հպարտությամբ հրապարակավ հայտարարում է՝ ՙԵս հեղափոխությունների կողմնակից չեմ՚: Ինքը ուզում է ներկայանալ որպես պարկեշտ, խոհեմ, շրջահայաց ու ծայրահեղություններ չընդունող օրինապաշտ քաղաքացի, որը հայրենիքի լավն է ցանկանում:
Ու եթե հանկարծ ասեմ՝ ՙԲա ուրեմն ճահճի կողմնակից ես՚, կընդվզի... Ըհը՝ կընդվզի...Սա արդեն փոքրիկ հեղափոխություն է... Արիստոտելը քաղաքական հեղափոխությունների երկու տեսակ էր առանձնացնում՝ առաջին՝ երբ հասարակությունը արմատապես փոխում է սահմանադրությունը, եւ երկրորդ՝ երբ արդիականացվում է գոյություն ունեցող սահմանադրությունը... Հիմա եթե ասեմ այդ խոհեմ, շրջահայաց, պարկեշտ ու հեղափոխությունները մերժող քաղաքացուն, որ անցած տարվա դեկտեմբերի 6-ին իր անձնական մասնակցությամբ մենք արիստոտելյան հեղափոխություն արեցինք, կընկճվի, կնյարդայնանա, միգուցե նույնիսկ կգնա մոտակա գարեջրատունը ու բարմենին կասի՝ ՙՉէ, այս անգամ մի 100 գրամ օղի՚: Պարզապես մեր բոլորի ներսում նստած է 1917 թվականի հեղափոխությունը:
Ու եթե ես այդ խոհեմ, պարկեշտ ու շրջահայացին ասեմ, որ Չեխոսլովակիայում էլ թավշյա հեղափոխություն է տեղի ունեցել, ինչից հետո այդ երկրի բնակիչները սկսել են բնականոն լավ ապրել, ինքը կրկին կընդվզի: Ըհը՝ կրկին կընդվզի... Կասի՝ հեղափոխությունը այդպես չի լինում: Բա ինչպես է լինում: Հեղափոխությունը հենց դրվածքի, այսինքն սահմանադրության փոփոխություն է, երբ իշխանությունը մոնոպոլիզացրած, կաշառակեր, պետության շահերը անձնական շահերին ստորադասող, իրենց վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող լրատվամիջոցների օգնությամբ դուրեկան մակյաժ քսած ուժը իր տեղը ստիպողաբար զիջում է մեկ այլ ուժի... Դուք սրա՞ն եք դեմ:
Եթե հեղափոխությունը սա է՝ ես երկու ձեռքով կողմ եմ, որ Հայաստանում հնարավորինս արագ կատարվի այդ երեւույթը, որին հրապարակավ ու անթաքույց հպարտությամբ ամեն ասուլիսում դեմ են արտահայտվում խոհեմ, շրջահայաց ու պարկեշտ գործիչները... Ախր սուտ եք ասում՝ դուք հեղափոխությանը չեք դեմ, դուք դեմ եք ընդամենը մի փոփոխության՝ որ ձեր բարեկեցիկ ճահճում ձեր փոխարեն հանկարծ չհայտնվի այլ մեկը, որը կրկին կհայտարարի՝ ՙԵս դեմ եմ հեղափոխություններին՚... Տե՞նց չի...
