Իսկ ժողովրդին հարցրե՞լ են` նա համաձայն է, որ իրեն ղեկավարի այդ քաղաքական ուժը

Վերջապես երեկ' "Ռ-էվոլյուցիա" հաղորդման հյուրը' կարկառուն դաշնակցական Աղվան Վարդանյանը, խոստովանեց, որ իրենց և ՀՀԿ-ի միջև կնքված համաձայնությունը ոչ ավել, ոչ պակաս' Կոալիցիա է, մի բան, ինչն օրեր շարունակ ժխտվում էր թե կոալիցիոն գործընկերների, և թե նրանց կարծիքը կիսող հասարակական-քաղաքական այլ շրջանակների կողմից:
Իմ նախորդ գրառումներում արդեն անդրադարձել եմ ներկա փուլում Քաղաքական կոալիցիա ձևավորելու հակասահմանադրականության հարցին, ուստի նորից ծավալվել չեմ ցանկանում: Մի քանի հարցադրում, այնուամենայնիվ, մնում են չփարատված...
Մենք' բոլորս, անվերջ խոսում ենք համագործակցության ինչ-որ տեքստի, դրա առանձին բաղադրիչների մասին' մոռանալով, որ կոալիցիոն հուշագիրն ընդամենը պետք է պարունակի Համաձայնություն ջանքերը մեկտեղելու մասին: Մնացածն ավելորդ է: Վերցնել, ծաղկաքաղ անել արդեն իսկ գործող օրենքների ու այլ նորմատիվ իրավական ակտերի դյուրահունչ դրույթներ, անունը դնել Կոալիցիոն հուշագիր, համաձայնվել այն իրագործել կոնտրագենտի պատճառով "հեղինակազրկվելու" և քաղաքական մահապարտ դառնալու գնով, մեղմ ասած, անկեղծ չէ: Ախր Կոալիցիոն պայմանավորվածությունների նոր առարկա մոգոնելու կարիքը չկա: Իշխանությունը, ներառյալ դրան արդար մղումներով զինվորագրվող "մահապարտների" ջոկատը, պետք է կենսագործի ժողովրդի պատվերը' Սահմանադրությունը, դրանում ամրագրված հասարակական կարգի հիմունքները, ուրիշ ոչինչ:
Եվ հետո, գուցե սխալվում եմ (թող նեղ մասնագետներն ուղղեն), բայց ԱԺ-ում 5 % ձայն ունեցող քաղաքական ուժի' կառավարական պորտֆելների 1/6-ին տիրանալը չի արտացոլում այդ ուժին տրված ժողովրդական վստահության իրական պաշարը: Արդյունքում կառավարման ղեկին հայտնվում է ժողովրդի փոքրամասնության վստահության քվեն ստացած ուժը, ինչը, դժվար թե համահունչ է "ժողովրդավարություն" հասկացության դասական իմաստին...
Ու զավեշտալին այն է, որ ՀՅԴ-ն, այսքանը գիտակցելով հանդերձ, դեռ մի բան էլ ինքն է իրեն հեղինակազրկված համարում իր դաշնակցին մերձենալու պատճառով...
Իսկ ժողովրդին հարցրել են?. արդյոք, նա համաձայն է?, որ իրեն ղեկավարի իր դաշնակցի հետ ոչ մի ընդհանրություն չունեցող, նրան մի կերպ հանդուրժող ու ի վերուստ անվանարկող ուժը, որը վաղը ձախողելու դեպքում (որը միանգամայն հավանական է' դատելով բազում փաստերից) նույն սառնասրտությամբ իրեն կապահովագրի նրանով, թե իրենք չկարողացան իրականացնել իրենց խոստումները, քանի որ գործ ունեին, ինչպես իրենք էին ասում' հեղինակազրկված քաղաքական ուժի հետ...
