Մարզվեք այնպես, ինչպես խաղում են երեխաները: Մեր մարմինները հարմարեցված չեն շատ աշխատելու համար: Մենք ստեղծված ենք այնպես, որպեսզի հասնենք մեր թիրախին և կանգ առնենք: Հենց դա է մեզ պահում նորմալ վիճակում՝ ինտենսիվ ֆիզիկական ծանրաբեռնվածություն դանդաղ շարժումների հատվածներով: Այդ պատճառով ձեզ պետք է անձնական մարզիչ: Երբ դուք մարզվում եք, մեկ րոպե արագ վազեք, ապա քայլեք հինգ րոպե:Նման ձևով դուք կարող եք այրել շատ կալորիաներ:
Շատ ժամանակ անցկացրեք այն մարդկանց հետ, որոնց դուք սիրում եք: Դա առողջության գործոն է և վարժանք ձեր իմունային համակարգի համար: Դուք պետք է ձեզ շրջապատեք այնպիսի մարդկանցով, որոնք հաճելի են ձեզ, որոնց հետ դուք կարող եք ծիծաղել, ազատ զրուցել ձեր խնդիրների մասին և ուշադիր լսել նրանց:
